AT 410 170 B Der Anmeldegegenstand unterscheidet sich vom medizinisch - technischen Standpunkt erheblich von dem der Patentschrift DE 25 19 327A. Die Ausnehmung in besagtem Patent hat eine völlig andere Funktion und liegt auch, wie aus beiden Skizzen ersichtlich ist, an völlig unterschiedlichen Stellen. Während die Ausnehmung in DE 25 19 327A lediglich den durchbrechenden Zähnen 51, 61, 71 und 81 Raum gibt, was im speziellen Fall wenig bis keinen Effekt erzielt, gibt die im Anmeldungsgegenstand beschriebene Ausnehmung und die durch den speziellen Winkel hervorgerufene Glockenform, der Zunge genügend Raum und fordert den Zungenspieltrieb und damit die korrekte Vorformung des Oberkiefers. Bei allen bisherigen Modellen an Saugern wird im speziellen auf diese Funktion keine Rücksicht genommen. Bei dem einzureichenden Patent handelt es sich um die Spezialform eines Säuglings- oder Kindersaugers mit spezieller Formgebung. Er ist so gestaltet, daß er in den gängigen Montageplatten montiert werden kann. Sowohl die Winkel, nach dem Ansatzstück von 25 Grad und 105 Grad in dem Kopfstück, wie auch die Dimensionen sind von entscheidender Bedeutung. Die Aussparung in der Mitte des Saugers ist eine völlig neue Gestaltung in Tropfenform und genau an das Gaumendach und den Zungenraum für die neuen Funktionen dieses Saugers angepaßt. Die Formgebung trägt sowohl der anatomischen Form der Zunge, als auch des Oberkiefers Rechnung. Es wird hierdurch eine Mißbildung des Oberkiefers ebenso wie eine Fehlstellung der Frontzähne verhindert. Die Ausnehmung in der Mitte fördert die Mundaktivität, erhöht so die Speichelproduktion und fördert dadurch die biologische Mundhygiene. Dies schafft einen Ausgleich zu der bei vielen Kindern mangelhaft durchgeführten Zahnpflege. Der oben beschriebene Sauger kann vom Säuglings- bis in das Vorschulalter Verwendung finden. Er wird gerne und problemlos angenommen. Ein spezielles Anwendungsgebiet ergibt sich bei Kindern mit Down-Syndrom. Da in diesem Fall genetisch bedingt eine zu große Zunge vorhanden ist, welche zu häufiger Mundatmung führt, ist hier sowohl der kieferorthopädische wie auch der hygienische Effekt um ein vielfaches gesteigert. Hergestellt kann der Sauger aus den handelsüblichen Materialien, wie Silikon oder Latex, werden, wie sie bisher bereits verwendet werden. Es ist hier nur die medizinische Verträglichkeit des Materials zu beachten. Die Abbildungen geben zwei Variationen an, welche den Größen für Säuglinge und Kleinkinder entsprechen. In der Fig. 1 und Fig. 4 sind die entsprechenden Winkel von 25 und zirka 105 Grad ersichtlich, welche die orthopädischen Funktionen erzeugen. In Fig. 2 und ebenfalls in Fig. 4 ist die Aussparung ersichtlich.
