<Desc/Clms Page number 3>

The inorganic-based filler can preferably be used in the form of an aqueous suspension, for example with the above-mentioned composition in an amount of up to 2% of the binder content (cement). For example, 320 kg of cement can be mixed with 6.4 kg of the suspension of the inorganic-based filler (for example gravel acid-based) S).
It is advantageous if the ratio of the surfaces of the binder portion to the surface of the finely divided, inorganic filler is in the order of 5: 1. This corresponds approximately to a dosage ratio of cement to inorganic filler of 50: 1.
If an inorganic filler is used, the water / cement value for earth-moist concrete is preferably set to 0.30 to 0.40 and for plastic concrete to 0.30 to 0.45.
In combination with the inorganic-based filler, an organic-based filler is used in the concrete mixture according to the invention. The organic-based filler can also be used in the form of a suspension in water (15% organic particles). The particle size of the organic-based filler is on the order of 20 nanometers.
For example, a copolymer of an acrylic acid ester is used as an organic-based filler. A copolymer of acrylic monomers is very particularly preferred.
By the filler on an organic basis, which, as mentioned, in the concrete mixture according to the invention,
EMI2.1
Concrete at a certain temperature, which is preferably in the range of 0 C, is a film, so that particularly favorable properties of molded concrete parts produced from the concrete mixture according to the invention result.
In particular, the barrier effect, for example against chloride migration, is improved in concrete products produced from the concrete according to the invention. Furthermore, the adhesive tensile strength and the binding ability are improved.
In the context of the invention, the simultaneous use of an organic-based filler, primarily a copolymer, an acrylic acid ester and an inorganic-based filler, primarily pure silica, is essential. It is preferred if the concrete mixture contains 10% filler on an organic basis and 5% filler on an inorganic basis, based on the middle part of the concrete.
In addition to the previously discussed essential components (cement, water, filler), the concrete mixture according to the invention also contains at least one additive. It is particularly preferred to add light aggregates, preferably those based on expanded clay, to the concrete mixture according to the invention. It is preferred if the concrete mixture according to the invention contains up to 85% aggregate based on expanded clay and up to 15% conventional aggregates, for example quartz sand, quartz gravel and basalt gravel.
When the concrete mixture according to the invention is processed, it is possible to achieve early setting within 24 hours, which is, for example, approximately 80% of the final strength after 28 days. a thermal aftertreatment can be carried out. Such a thermal aftertreatment is preferably carried out by treating the fresh concrete product which has been produced from the concrete mixture according to the invention with steam. In addition to accelerating the achievement of early strengths, which allow the concrete product to be removed from the mold earlier, such thermal post-treatment of concrete has the advantage that surface cracks in the concrete products are reduced or eliminated due to the complete hydration of the concrete surface.
The thermal treatment is preferably carried out in this way. that hot exhaust gases from a burner are mixed with water and the resulting mixture of exhaust gases and water vapor is used for the thermal aftertreatment of concrete products.
Particularly if light aggregates are contained in the concrete mixture according to the invention, for example those based on expanded clay, particularly precise monitoring of the water metering is of considerable advantage. The consistency of the concrete mixture is therefore monitored during the production of the concrete mixture according to the invention, i.e. the mixing of the components cement, filler, aggregate with one another and then with water, preferably continuously, and the water metering is regulated in such a way that in the finished concrete mixture ready for processing the correct water / cement value is available.
A contactless microwave moisture measurement is particularly preferably used for the consistency measurement. This type of measurement of the consistency, which provides information on the water content, allows measurement accuracies of +/- 0.1% of the inherent moisture of the complete concrete mixture to be maintained. The microwave measurement is preferably carried out at 1Q8 to 169 Hertz, since factors such as double mixing factor, crystal water factor etc. have no influence on the measurement at this wavelength.
In practice, the procedure can be such that the constituents of the concrete mixture according to the invention, with the exception of the water, are premixed, the water content of the additives
<Desc / Clms Page number 3>
(Sand, gravel or light aggregates based on expanded clay) can be measured. The cement content is then added and the water requirement is calculated. In the case of light aggregates, it is sometimes advantageous if water is added during the premixing before the cement is added.
The addition of the amount of water still required to achieve and maintain the desired water / cement value takes place while monitoring the consistency with the aid of the microwave-based consistency measuring device. It is preferred that the probe is placed in the mixer where the mixing height is always as equal as possible.
In summary, an embodiment of the invention can be represented as follows:
Concrete mixture containing cement as a hydraulic binder, at least one additive, such as quartz sand and / or quartz gravel, and water. Furthermore, the mixture also contains 2 to 20% fillers on an organic and inorganic basis, based on the detergent content. The organic-based filler is a polymer latex or a copolymer of an acrylic acid ester. The inorganic-based filler is silica, preferably precipitated silica.
