Claims (3)

AT 405 358 B The invention relates to a device for holding elongated objects, in particular pencils, pens, fountain pens and the like, preferably on a piece of clothing. A holder of this type should be designed so that it is preferably made in one piece (injection molding) and enables objects, in particular pens of any length and common diameter, to be kept at hand by means of simple, safe use on the body. During manual work in the professional as well as private sector (job, hobby, household), the pen for marking on the workpiece is an indispensable aid in the workplace. Of course, due to its small size or the storage and storage situation, which is always changing due to the respective work process, this is often and inevitably relocated, thus counteracting continuous, concentrated work by the user, a fact that is not in practice just wasting time, but also means a security risk in the workflow. It is also an object of the invention, in the case of the type mentioned at the outset, to achieve the object outlined above while avoiding existing considerations for problem solving, such as e.g. To reach construction parts that protrude too far from the body, too strong or insufficiently firm grasping of the pin or too cumbersome latching into or complicated removal from the holder. The invention consists in the fact that four V-shaped spring legs, each inclined in pairs relative to one another, are preferably pivotable about a respective axis, which is in particular perpendicular to the plane of the plate, with a pair of spring legs arranged one above the other projecting from a web, which in turn is self-contained over a is mounted parallel to the support plate movable axis. The special design and the use of several spring legs thus allow a powerful, constant hold of the pin in the holder on the one hand and, on the other hand, a gentle latching of the pin into the holder as well as a gentle removal from the holder, with the pin optionally being used as required Work situation, can be pulled forward or pulled down or up. The inventive design of the spring legs pivoting downwards and sideways when inserting the pin into the holder, or by arranging them in a double, superimposed V-shape, and additionally by the flattened front angles of the spring legs result in two effective centering aids as a further feature that have a " blind " and rapid latching of the pen into the holder, so that the user does not have to sight the holder and its holder, neither when removing the pen from the holder nor when inserting it into the holder. The user is thus able to concentrate on his work continuously and avoids a work interruption caused by distraction and consequently a safety risk. The special construction of the spring legs, which can mainly be swung downwards, also allows for a narrow construction of the device, which, viewed from the body, is hardly wider than the pen itself. This also eliminates forward-looking components that could cause injuries. To fix the device preferably on a piece of clothing, the support plate is provided with two openings for receiving perforation pins which are fixed on a further plate. The invention is explained below with reference to the drawing. In the drawing, 1 represents a device for holding elongated objects, in particular pencils 15, ballpoint pen 15, fountain pen 15 and the like for attachment to items of clothing, the support plate being designated by 1. Arranged in pairs there are four V-shaped spring legs 2, 3, 7, 8, which are preferably pivotably mounted about an axis 4, which is in particular perpendicular to the plane of the plate, each with a pair of spring legs from a further web 5. 6 protrudes, which in turn is mounted on a movable axis 9 running parallel to the plate 1. The arrangement of the spring legs 2, 3, 7, 8 in a double V-shape, one above the other, and equally through the flattened front angle 16 of the spring legs 2, 3, 7, 8 result in two effective centering aids that enable the pin to be latched in quickly 15 into the holder, without necessarily aiming at the pin holder. To fix the device on the garment, the support plate 1 is provided with two openings 10, 11 for receiving perforation pins 12, 13, which are fixed to a further plate 14. 1. Device for holding elongated objects, in particular pencils (15), pens (15), fountain pens (15) and the like, preferably on a garment, characterized by a support plate (1) on the at least two V-shaped inclined spring legs (2, 3), preferably 2 AT 405 358 B, are pivotable about an axis (4) which is in particular perpendicular to the plate plane. 2.
