Description
AT 404 750 BAT 404 750 B
The invention relates to a cantilevered staircase with parts which can be pivoted relative to one another about a vertical axis to form steps which can be connected to one another over the height-offset connecting surfaces along a predeterminable, polygonal stair course in plan.
Stairs cast from concrete not only benefit from the tried-and-tested, in part adjustable properties of this material, but can also be manufactured with a profile that is adapted to the respective requirements if appropriate, but expensive, formwork is provided. Concrete stairs can also be assembled from prefabricated steps, but generally only for straight flights of stairs. In order to be able to build cantilevered stairs along any polygonal floor plan from individual steps that are the same as each other, it is known (AT 335 159 A) to provide the steps, which partially overlap each other in the floor plan, with a step plate carrier made of a square tube, which in the top area with the following Above the next stage an upwardly projecting, circular cylindrical support tube and in the overlap area with the downwardly adjacent stage carries a downwardly open clamping sleeve into which the support tube of the subsequent lower stage engages, so that the individual stages pivoted against each other around the support tube as a pivot axis and can be clamped in the respective swivel position. A disadvantage of this known staircase is that it requires a hollow, steel support structure with an open run due to the lack of risers.
In addition, it is known (AT-E 14 466 B1) to assemble a cantilevered staircase from steps which can be pivoted relative to one another about a vertical axis and which are connected to one another over the height offset connecting surfaces along a predeterminable, polygonal stair course in plan. Since the steel supporting structures of the individual steps are only clamped together in different swivel positions, this results in a load-bearing steel frame that cannot take advantage of concrete stairs.
The invention is therefore based on the object of designing a cantilevered staircase of the type described at the outset in such a way that it has the advantages of a cast concrete staircase without having to forego a modular assembly of the staircase from individual steps along a predetermined, even odd course have to.
The invention solves this problem in that the mutually pivotable parts form a step and for these steps each form a common cavity surrounding a lost formwork with a cover that can be covered by an upper filling opening for a concrete filling, the concrete body of the concrete filling the parts of the steps is penetrated by through openings provided in the connecting surfaces to the following steps.
Due to the construction of the individual steps from two parts that can be swiveled against each other about a vertical axis, the swivel adjustability required to adapt the flight of stairs to a given polygon-like layout is moved from the transition area between the steps into the area of the individual steps, so that the connection of the individual steps can be carried out independently of each other via the level connection surfaces, which ensures particularly simple connection conditions for the individual steps. Since the mutually swiveling parts of the individual stages also enclose a common cavity, the stages formed in this way can serve as lost formwork for a concrete body which passes through the individual stages and which penetrates the individual stages through the passage openings provided in the connecting surfaces to the next stages enforced. Since it cannot generally be assumed that the steps which form a continuous hollow body and form a stairway can be completely filled with concrete from the top step, the individual steps have upper filling openings through which the stairway is partially filled with concrete can. These filling openings must be able to be closed by a lid in order to prevent the concrete that has not yet set from escaping when filling the subsequent steps. After pouring the steps with concrete and setting the concrete, which can of course be reinforced according to the respective requirements, a flight of stairs with a continuous concrete core is obtained without having to provide complex formwork to be adapted to the respective course of the stairs. The course of the stairs is rather adapted to the particular circumstances by a simple swivel adjustment of the two parts of each step, with only having to ensure that the selected mutual swivel position of the two step parts is established, which can be accomplished with simple conventional means, for example a screw connection.
Während eine solche betondichte Verbindung zwischen den einzelnen Stufen wegen ihrer ebenen Anschlußflächen keinerlei Schwierigkei- 2Because of the formation of the individual steps as a section of a lost formwork for a concrete core passing through the stairs, a concrete-tight connection must be provided on the one hand between the individual steps and on the other hand between the two parts of each step. While such a concrete-tight connection between the individual steps is not difficult due to their flat connecting surfaces. 2
AT 404 750 B ten must be taken into account when connecting the two parts of each stage, their mutual pivotability. For this reason, it is advisable to design one of the two parts of each stage in a manner known per se with a circular-cylindrical connection surface coaxial with the pivot axis for the other part. This circular cylindrical connection surface offers in a simple manner matching connection conditions for all mutual swivel positions of the stage parts. Favorable design conditions are also achieved in this connection in that the wall section of the part of the steps forming the circular cylindrical connection surface has the upper filling opening, because in this case the largest filling opening independent of the pivoting angle can be ensured.
The subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing, for example. 1 shows a cantilevered staircase according to the invention in sections without concrete filling in a simplified longitudinal section, FIG. 2 shows a single step of this staircase in a simplified section along the line II-II in FIG. 1 and FIG. 3 shows a plan view of the staircase section in FIG 1 with partially removed covers for the filling openings.
The cantilevered staircase shown is constructed according to the invention from individual steps 1, each consisting of two parts 2 and 3, which are arranged so as to be pivotable relative to one another about a vertical axis. In the exemplary embodiment, this pivot axis is formed by a circular cylindrical wall section 4 formed on part 2, along the circumference of which part 3 can be pivoted, as can be seen in particular from FIG. 2. The part 3 abuts with oppositely curved edge webs 5 on the connection surface 6 formed by the wall section 4, the mutual guidance of the two parts 2, 3 of each stage 1 being able to take place through elongated holes extending in the circumferential direction. In order to obtain a secure covering of these elongated holes in each pivoting position of the parts 2 and 3, the parts 3 can have continuous wall webs 5a in the circumferential direction via the connecting surface 6 of the part 2, in which the elongated holes are provided, which are provided by clamping screws in the wall section 4 of the part 2 are enforced, as indicated by dash-dotted lines in FIG. 2. By clamping the edge webs 5 on the wall section 4, the two parts 2, 3 of each stage can be fixed in the mutually pivoted position selected in each case.
To connect individual steps 1 to a flight of stairs, the parts 2 and 3 of each step 1 have connection surfaces 7 and 8 with through-openings 9 on opposite sides with respect to the pivot axis, said openings being offset with respect to one another in terms of height. The wall 10 of part 3, which can be connected to a lower step 1, projects beyond the lower step 1 and forms a riser with the projecting section. The tread side of steps 1, which can of course be provided with separate tread coverings, has a filling opening 11 which is delimited by the circular-cylindrical wall section 4 of part 2. Along the circular edge of the filling opening 11, a protruding support flange 12 is provided for a cover 13, so that the filling opening 11 can be covered with the cover 13 in a stepless manner.
The stages 1 thus form hollow bodies. The concrete, which is preferably introduced via the upper filling openings 11, fills these hollow bodies continuously, because the individual stages 1 are connected to one another via the through openings 9 in the connecting surfaces 7 and 8. The filling openings 11 are to be closed with the lids 13 after the respective stages 1 have been filled in order to prevent the concrete from escaping from the filling openings 11 of the lower stages 1 when the subsequent upper stages 1 are filled.
Nach dem Verbinden der einzelnen Stufen 1, deren Höhen Versetzung die Treppensteigung bestimmt und daher auch zum Festlegen einer vorgegebenen Steigung entsprechend gewählt werden muß, 3In order to be able to manufacture a staircase, which is shown in FIG. 3 as a polygonal outline, from individual stages 1, parts 2 and 3 of the individual stages 1 are pivoted on the one hand according to the desired course of the stairs and fixed in the mutual pivoting position and on the other hand connected via the connecting surfaces 7 and 8 to the stages 1 following up and down. The lower passage opening 9 of the entry step and the upper passage opening 9 of the exit step can be closed by suitable covers if no stair landings 15 are connected to the stair run. These stair landings 15 can be formed in a manner corresponding to the steps 1 from two parts 2a and 3a which can be pivoted relative to one another, in order also to allow the stairway to be adapted to a given course in the platform area. The only difference between such stair landings 15 and steps 1 is that the stair landings 15 do not form a riser, as can be seen in FIG. 1. Of course, such stair landings can also be arranged anywhere within the course of the stairs. After connecting the individual steps 1, the height offset of which determines the stair climb and must therefore also be selected accordingly in order to determine a predetermined slope, 3
