AT 398 159 B Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen tragbaren, flachen, brieftaschenartigen Behälter aus Leder, Stoff oder synthetischen Materialien mit einer Festhaltefeder, welcher Behälter das gesicherte Mitführen von Ausweis, Papiergeld und Autopapieren erlaubt. Da die Taschendiebstähle binnen Kurzem zunehmen, die meisten Menschen aber trotzdem zum Mitführen von Personalpapieren, Autopapieren, Papiergeld gezwungen sind, war es notwendig eine neue Form der Sicherung zu erfinden. Dieser Flachbehälter sollte ohne den holsterähniichen Zusatzriemen wie sie z.B. gemäß der US-PS 357 8225 oder die beutelähnlichen Formen wie sie gemäß der US-PS 364 8906 und der US-PS 435 6963 verwendet werden,auskommen. Auch sollte er nicht so beschaffen sein wie die Druckknopf-Riemen Kombination gemäß der AT-PS 382 501, welcher in der Anwendung von diversen Zubehör abhängig ist. Weiters sind Flachbehälter mit Klammem bekannt, bei denen beide Klammerschenkel zueinander gewendet sind, sodaß z.B. bei einer Klemmung an einem Gürtel, die beiden Schenkel sich berühren { siehe z.B. die DE-OS-2808834, die US-PS-5103 884, die US-PS-4903 745, die US-PS-4060 876 und die US-PS-4784 199). Diese Lösungen haben alle den Nachteil, daß im geklemmten Zustand Metall auf Metall liegt, es dadurch zu keinen Eindrücken in der Materialoberfläche kommen kann und damit die Reibung verringert wird und somit die Diebstahlsicherung reduziert ist. Die DE-OS-28 08273 zeigt eine Klammer, bei der der zweite Schenkel unterhalb der Beutel- bzw. Behälteroberfläche liegt, hingegen durch die Ausbildung eines Hakens an der Innenseite des Außenschenkels den Gürtel bzw. das Kleidungsstück oberflächlich in Mitleidenschaft zieht. Durch die stark ausgebauchte Form der Klemme, wird das Kleidungsstück zudem nur beim Haken geklemmt. Aus der US-PS- 4226 006 ist eine klemmbare Brieftasche bekannt, bei der der Innenschenkel der Klemme ebenfalls in das Behältermaterial eingearbeitet ist, die jedoch auch eine zu starke Ausbauchung aufweist,sodaß die Klemmwirkung nur im Bereich des Einführrandes gegeben ist. Somit galt es eine Form zu schaffen, die im festgeklemmten Zustand ein größtmögliches Maß an Stabilität aufweist und im Hinblick auf ein unabsichtliches Entgleiten (Verlust) bzw. eine widerrechtliche Entnahme (Diebstahl) eine wirksame Sicherung gewährleistet. Zusätzlich ist aber erwünscht, daß im nicht festgeklemmten Zustand der Behälter genau so bequem in der Handhabung ist, wie eine ganz normale Brieftasche (Geldasche), bzw. ein Etui für Führerscheine (Wertkarten) und dies ohne jede Haltebänder, Druckknöpfe und Riemen. Die Erfindung ist dadurch charakterisiert (siehe Fig. 1,2), daß an der Schmalseite des Behälters (1) wie bekannt, eine Festhaltefeder (2) angebracht ist, bei der der Innenschenkel der Klemm-Feder innerhalb der Behälteroberfläche liegt und bei der beide Schenkel nahezu parallel verlaufen. Diese wird je nach Einsatzzweck in der gesamten Breite des Behälters (ab) oder bei Bedarf auch schmäler gestaltet. Diese Festhaltefeder (2) ist so angeordnet, daß der leicht nach außen gebogene Einführrandbereich (3) für das Überwinden des Wiederstandes beim Passieren der Taschenstoffkante des Sakkos, noch zusätzlich mit dem Finger der haltenden Hand weggebogen werden kann und somit auch bei hinreichender Federspannung, die den eigentlichen festen Sitz gewährleistet, trotzdem eine leichtes Einstecken und Herausnehmen ermöglicht. Weiters ist inbesonders möglich den Behälter (1) am Gürtel zu befestigen, da die Festhaltefeder (2) durch die parallele Ausbildung der Schenkel einen großflächigen Auflagenbereich aufweist (Fig. 1,2). Diese Anordnung erlaubt somit die leichte Anbringung über einem Hosenbund mit Gürtel, da die Ausnehmung dem Profil des Gürtels annähernd entspricht. In einer alternativen Ausführungsform kann die Festhaltefeder (2) zur Gewichtsreduktion Ausnehmungen aufweisen bzw. überhaupt aus Runddrahtprofil aufgebaut sein, wobei eine Querverstärkungsrippe (4) (Fig.2) parallel zum Einführrand (3) für eine größere Auflagefläche im Klemmbereich sorgt. Tragbarer, flacher brieftaschenartiger Behälter (1) aus Leder, Stoff oder synthetischen Materialien mit einer Festhaltefeder (2) die aus einem Flachbandmaterial besteht, wobei ein Schenkelteil unterhalb der Oberfläche des Behälters (1) liegt und befestigt ist und der zweite außenliegende Schenkelteil eine Ausbauchung für Gürtel- oder Hosenbundbefestigung aufweist und am unteren Einfürrand (3) leicht nach außen gebogen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der außenliegende Schenkelteil im Bereich der Ausbauchung näherungsweise parallel zu dem anderen, am Behälter (1) befestigten Schenkelteil verläuft und vor dem unteren Einführrand (3) eine Biegung in Richtung Behälteroberfläche aufweist.AT 398 159 B The invention relates to a portable, flat, wallet-like container made of leather, fabric or synthetic materials with a retaining spring, which container allows the secure carrying of ID, paper money and car papers. In addition, however, it is desirable that the container, when not clamped, is just as convenient to use as a normal wallet (money bag) or a case for driver's licenses (prepaid cards) and this without any straps, push buttons and straps. The invention is characterized (see Fig. 1,2) that, as is known, a retaining spring (2) is attached to the narrow side of the container (1), in which the inner leg of the clamping spring lies within the container surface and in which both Legs run almost parallel.
