Abstract

The method of producing an anatomical shoe tree is characterized in that a plaster cast is made of the foot in a conventional manner (e.g. at the orthopaedic insert specialist's). The inside of the plaster cast is coated with a sealing compound in the region of the forefoot. The sealed inside of the plaster cast is then wiped with a release agent so as to prevent the synthetic resin subsequently filled in from sticking to the plaster cast. The cast is then placed vertically (toes downwards) and filled with a polymer. A heel part of a commercially available shoe tree (spring tension, rotatable wooden heel etc.) is inserted into the hardening mass.

Claims (1)

AT 397 904 B Die Erfindung betrifft die Hertstellung anatomischer Schuhstrecker. 2AT 397 904 B The invention relates to the production of anatomical shoe stretchers. EP-A2 242 222 discloses a method in which a multi-part foot shape is made by casting. EP-A2 323 099 discloses a method in which a fiber fabric is placed around the foot and a foot shape is produced without any further potting, but rather by means of hardening synthetic resin. An anatomical shoe stretcher is produced by the patent claim described below, which prevents pressure points on the feet, since the shoe is stretched according to the shape of the foot. The process for the production of an anatomical shoe stretcher, in which the forefoot is bound in with a bandage soaked in plaster (plaster cast) and after the bandage has hardened, is removed from the foot, is characterized in that the inside of this plaster cast is coated with a sealing compound, afterwards the sealed inside of the plaster cast is wiped off with a release agent to prevent the resin (bisphenol A epoxy resin), which is subsequently filled in, from sticking to the plaster cast, then the print is placed vertically (toes down) and poured out with a polymer and poured into the hardening mass, a heel part of a conventional shoe stretcher (fader, rotatable wooden heel, etc.) is used. 1. Process for the production of an anatomical shoe stretcher, in which the order foot is bound with a bandage soaked in gypsum (bandage bandage) and after the bandage has been hardened, the bandage is removed from the foot, characterized in that the inside of this plaster cast is coated with a sealing compound, then the sealed inside of the plaster cast is wiped with a release agent to prevent the resin (disphenol A epoxy resin), which is subsequently filled in, from sticking, preferably to the plaster cast, then the print is placed vertically (toes down) and poured out with a polymer and into the In the hardened mass, a heel part of a standard shoe stretcher (spring, rotating wooden heel, etc.) is used. 2nd
