filling excavator.
The subject of the present invention is a device on filling excavators, the nature of which consists in the fact that the slide, which serves to convey the material guided by the filling cups, is rigidly connected to the axis of a loaded lever which, through the intermediary of a lever linkage articulated on it and influenced by the cups, is the The slide platform automatically moves out of the area of the cup so that the latter can move freely downwards, whereby the slide platform slides on the cup surface due to the load of the lever rigidly connected to it and automatically returns to its original position after the cup has run out. return.
In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is illustrated in one embodiment, namely FIG. 1 shows it in a side view, FIG. 2 in a plan view, FIG. 3 in a front view, FIG. 4 shows an embodiment of the slide.
The filling excavator consists of two sheet metal disks 2 rotatable about an axis 7, on which sheet steel cups 4 are attached. The device is on longitudinal members 12 that go through below
Carriers 13 are braced, fastened, and rests on pairs of wheels 15, which are provided on the excavator itself, and on two wheels 16, which are located on the engine 17. The outer wheels, 16, each rotate around an axis-M, which are also shared by two wheels of the excavator. The front pair of wheels 151 also have a common axis, while the other wheels do not have a continuous axis in order not to present an obstacle to the rotating filling cups. These
Rather, the wheels move in pins 19 screwed to the frame (FIG. 3).
On the inside
At the front wheel 151, a toothed wheel 21 is keyed, which meshes with a toothed wheel 20 which can be actuated by a crank 25. These gears are provided for the purpose of moving the excavator back and forth on the rails and are advantageously driven by the engine by means of belt drives.
The spaces between the individual cups are correspondingly high
Sheet metal wall 27 is provided on both sides, between which one or two partition walls are attached to prevent coal or the like from rolling out of the cups before unloading into the hunt.
The contents of the cup are discharged automatically into the pit hunt

rotatable lever 30 pushes, this moves downwards in the direction of the cup run and pulls means of the guide rail 32, which moves upwards, the counterbalanced lever 33 in the dotted position 34. The tinny with the axis of the lever 33 rigidly connected Slide platform 35 moves simultaneously into the dotted position according to 36, whereby the free movement of the cup is made possible downwards.
If the pin 29, which slides downward on the lever 30, reaches its end point, the cup has already advanced so far that when the lever 30 is released from the pin 29, the slide comes to rest on the surface of the cup facing it due to the counterweight of the lever 33 and after the cup has run out, the counterweight hits the pin 37 and returns to its original position and is set to receive the coal or the like for the next cup.

by means of sliding contact to a fixed wooden pad 56 with brass inserts for transmission to the switch 50 of the motor.
The purpose of this device is to motor-drive the excavator to the dismantling tarpaulin by unwinding the wire line from the spool during this transport as well as later during operation and automatically extending it as required.
The floor of the slide platform sliding on the surface of the cup is expediently provided with a sheet metal floor 60 under loading of an intermediate space. In this intermediate space iron, rotatably arranged rollers 61 are housed, which protrude from cutouts provided in the sheet metal base to about 1 to 2 mm. The purpose of this device is to prevent the edge of the cup from hitting the slide platform harder and to enable the cup surface to slide better on the slide platform. The rollers can also be mounted elastically by means of spring rings.
