Abstract
Description
AT396873BAT396873B
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Skilanglaufbindung, bestehend aus einem Basisteil und einem am Schuh im Bereich seiner Sohlenunterseite befestigbaren Teil, welcher gegenüber dem Basisteil um eine etwa quer zur Skilängsrichtung verlaufende Achse verschwenkbar istThe present invention relates to a cross-country ski binding, consisting of a base part and a part which can be fastened to the boot in the region of its underside, which part can be pivoted relative to the base part about an axis running approximately transversely to the longitudinal direction of the ski
The present invention thus relates to techn. Solutions that are suitable for reducing the various types of stress on cross-country skiers depending on the technology used.
Die Gleitgeschwindigkeiten beim Skilanglauf werden entscheidend durch Pistenpräparierung, Ski, Belag, Wachs, Kantengriff, Kondition, Technik des Läufers und nicht zuletzt und von besonderer Bedeutung durch das Zusammenwirken von Bindung und Schuh bestimmtThe sliding speeds in cross-country skiing are decisively determined by slope preparation, skis, base, wax, edge grip, condition, technique of the runner and last but not least and of particular importance by the interaction of binding and boot
Damaging effects on the musculoskeletal system can arise for cross-country skiers on the one hand from acute traumatic events, on the other hand from repeated excessive or non-axis-oriented loads on individual or multiple joints with their surrounding structures, such as tendons, tendon attachments, muscles, ligaments, etc. Unfavorable anatomical conditions of the joint structures, faulty technology, as well as less than optimal equipment (e.g. shoes, bindings, skis, etc.) can have a damaging effect on the above-mentioned anatomical structures due to asymmetrical tensile, compressive, shear or torsional forces .
Patentschrift Nr. 1 307 982 festgehalten. (Salomon). Um Verbesserungen zur Montage und Verstellbarkeit zu «reichen werden die Patente 567 593 (Zwahlen), 144 068 (Carol) und 288 929 (SUWE) angeführtDepending on the technique used, one-sided ice skating step or two-sided ice skating step, the impression leg pushes more or less outwards / backwards, whereby the upper body is pushed forward and against the supporting leg. The runner must counteract this additional, laterally acting force with his pelvic thigh muscles in a stabilizing manner. This lateral force component subsequently causes both skis to be guided on the inside edge of the ski, which is achieved by increasing the pressure of the knees inwards and thus preventing them from slipping sideways. The ankles and their muscles perform an increased amount of work. In addition to the hip extension muscles, the expansion muscles of the hip joint are used for the impression. The pelvis is rotated back up to approx. 45 degrees in order to achieve optimal power transmission to the supporting leg. This results in a relative external rotation of up to 45 degrees in the hip joint of the impression leg. The lumbar spine must compensate for the pelvic rotation by an appropriate counter-rotation. In comparison to the conventional types of steps (diagonal), asymmetrical forms of stress arise in all main joints of the lower extremities. Depending on the technique used (skating diagonal), different types of stress arise on the cross-country skier. While progress has been made in the state-of-the-art footwear through shells, stiffeners, laces, stabilizers, higher shafts and three-component sole, improvements in bindings and skis have also been continuously achieved. This succeeded e.g. B. as described in the published patent application DE 331 5641 converging forward by attaching an oblique axis or converging after an older, unpublished proposal by improving the force introduction point and an oblique axis rearward. The published patent application DE 3540 428 A1 also shows that a further improvement for cross-country skiing is possible due to a lateral adjustability to the longitudinal axis of the ski. One such thing for alpine skiing is at fianz. Patent No. 1 307 982. (Solomon). Patents 567 593 (Zwahlen), 144 068 (Carol) and 288 929 (SUWE) are cited to improve the assembly and adjustability
Finally, reference should also be made to Int PCT publication No. WO 84/03225 (Klagmann) and EP-A2 243847, which deal with a connection to the ski by means of a coupling element.
Patent specification 392 418 (Dachstein) on page 2, line 31, a coupling piece by means of which a sole extension is arranged to be adjustable in the longitudinal direction of the shoe, but in this known device only the length of the sole extension is adjustable, while the solution according to claim 1 enables a much larger area
The object of the invention has now set itself the task of improving the interaction of shoe, ski and binding systems a) avoiding the anatomically questionable twists of the base and ankle joints, b) more favorable, more axially appropriate loads, the reduction of the load moment on the ankles and their muscles, c) to achieve a less rotated pelvic position and thus more optimal power transmission to the supporting leg in the running direction, so that the repelling force of the runner can be converted more effectively into sliding speed.
This is achieved according to the invention in that the part (1) to be fastened to the shoe is adjustable relative to the shoe along and or or transversely to its longitudinal axis, and in that the base part (3) can be detachably fastened to the ski.

Abstimmung, Umstellung bzw. Coordination, conversion or exchange of these connectable parts on the shoe can be complied with. The optimal setting and adjustment for the cross-country skier therefore works over this connectable part, so that the ski and binding can be used on the right or left side.
Die anatomisch bedenklichen Verwindungen des Zehengrund· und Sprunggelenkes werden dadurch weitgehend vermied»!.Figure S (to point a) shows that due to this possibility of converting this connectable part (1) of S z. B. (Z2) to (Z3) is followed by a lateral shift, the boot (on the right) is moved so close to the inside edge of the ski, which leads to a reduction in the load moment when edging in the skating step (skating). The anatomically questionable twists of the base of the toe and ankle are largely avoided.
In addition to a technical solution, FIG. 6 (for point b) also illustrates the loading moment which 10 in the course of lifting the heel as a result of the movement of the impression over the ball of the foot and subsequently to the toe or to the position where the connection of the shoe with d »binding» follows to act on the ankles and associated muscles »! It is known that the impression force (P) is introduced via the leg axis (S), but the line of action of the reaction force (Pr), depending on where the axis position of the binding model used is at a distance (Dl) from what is offset Stress moment 15 results in this stress moment, depending on the binding used, on the different binding axis positions (the line of reaction force in the final phase of the leg impression goes through the binding axis) of different sizes.
B. von (Z5) nach (Z6) (Figur 5) eine Heranführung der Wirkungslinie der Reaktionskraft zur Beinachse (Abstand (D2)) bewirkt Eine optimale Anpassung des Ski-, Schuh-, Bindungssystemes an die Lauftechnik ist für den Skilangläufer gewährleistetAccording to the invention, this load moment in the forefoot and in the leg muscles is reduced by the fact that the leg pressure force naturally »! Movement sequence can be pivoted accordingly via an axis (3) 20, which, owing to the redirectability of the connectable part (1) z. B. from (Z5) to (Z6) (FIG. 5) brings about the effect line of the reaction force to the leg axis (distance (D2)). An optimal adaptation of the ski, boot and binding system to the running technique is guaranteed for the cross-country skier
Schließlich kann es noch von Vorteil sein, wenn wie »findungsgeinäß zu Punkt c) vorgesehen und in Figur 3 25 für rechts dargestellt eine Umstellung des v»bindbaren Teiles (1) dem Schuh gegenüber von (Al) nach (A2) möglich istFinally, it can also be advantageous if, as provided for in point c) and as shown in FIG. 3 25 for the right, it is possible to convert the connectable part (1) to the shoe from (A1) to (A2)
Due to this setting from Al to A2, the legprint axis is swiveled inwards, i.e. more towards the inside of the ski, with the very decisive effect of better edge grip and the additional favorable consequence of increasing the strength in the running direction, while simultaneously reducing the annoying 30 »! lateral components, which must be compensated for by appropriate stabilizing counter movements across the pelvis and thigh muscles.
35 Die Erfindung wird anhand von mehreren Ausführangsbeispielen näher erläutert Es zeigen:The lumbar spine must now compensate for a less rotated pelvic position by a correspondingly reduced counter-rotation. The impression force can be optimally implemented in the direction of travel. 35 The invention is explained in more detail on the basis of several exemplary embodiments.
