Hiezu 1 Blatt Zeichnung -2-AT 392 832 B The present invention relates to a method for regulating the temperature of the flow or return of a circulating heating system with at least one setpoint value of the temperature of the flow temperature which is connected to a flow and a return and is carried out as a function of the outside temperature. or return flow, the control being linear above a predetermined limit value of the flow or return temperature, but below this limit value taking place according to a higher-order function. Outside temperature-controlled flow or return temperature controls are general state of the art. Up to now, the temperature of the flow has usually been regulated in a linear dependence on the outside temperature in such heaters. The radiators usually work to about 70% with convection and up to 30% with radiation. In order for the buoyancy of the air, which absorbs convection heat when flowing past the heat-exchanging surfaces of the radiators, to be adequately guaranteed, this air must be heated to a sufficiently higher temperature than the room air. Experience has shown that at a flow temperature of around 45 ° C, the buoyancy is significantly reduced and it becomes therefore noticeably cooler in the heated room. As a result, the operator arbitrarily sets the flow temperature higher in order to improve the room comfort. However, because the operator leaves this higher setting unchanged when the outside temperature drops, considerable energy losses occur. The object of the invention is to prevent this disadvantage and to develop an automatic control which ensures the comfort of the heated room equally in all outside temperature ranges. According to the invention it is provided to solve the problem that the function according to which the regulation takes place runs linearly up to a flow temperature above 45 ° C. and progressively below this limit value up to the higher outside temperatures, the increase in the target temperatures of the flow below this Limit value remains almost constant up to the outside temperature of around 10 ° C and decreases above this value of 10 ° C. This measure provides good room temperature comfort in conjunction with a free use of energy above a limit value that is decisive for the convection of the radiators, but below that an adaptation to the physical conditions of the convection heating takes place (1) the outside temperature and in the ordinate the regulated flow temperature is specified The function (3), according to which the control takes place, runs linearly up to a flow temperature of about 45 ° and from this limit value (4) up to the higher outside temperatures with an initially flat curvature progressively, the setpoint temperatures of the flow below the limit value (4) initially decreasing much more slowly than in the linear range and only faster again in the range above about 10 ° C outside temperature. For systems controlled by a microprocessor, the decrease in heat dissipation by the radiators at flow temperatures of around 45 ° C can be seen, because if there is no convection, the temperature difference between the flow and return, depending on the outside temperature, will be significantly smaller than is actually necessary. In this case, the controller can continue to provide comfortable temperatures by raising the flow temperature accordingly. PATENT CLAIM Process for regulating the temperature of the flow or return of a circulation heater with at least one radiator connected to a flow and a return and with a setpoint value of the temperature of the flow or return depending on the outside temperature, the control being above a predetermined value Limit value of the flow or return temperature is linear, but below this limit value takes place according to a higher-order function, characterized in that the function (3) according to which the control takes place is linear up to a flow temperature above 45 ° C and below this limit value (4th ) progressively up to the higher outside temperatures (1), whereby the increase in the target temperatures (2) of the flow below this limit value (4) remains almost constant up to the outside temperature of around 10 ° C and above this value of 10 ° C decreased.
