Claims (1)

Nr. 390 691 Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Primärleiter nach dem Oberbegriff des einzigen Anspruchs. Es ist bekannt, Primärleiter für Einleiter-Stromwandler als Litzenleiter auszubilden, die bei bekannten Konstruktionen in Porzellanisolatoren eingebracht wurden. Litzenleiter sind jedoch nicht eigenstabil und daher für Gießharzwandler nicht verwendbar. Litzenleiter haben außerdem einen schlechten Füllfaktor und erfordern hohe Materialkosten. Des weiteren lassen sie sich sehr schlecht kontaktieren. Es ist bereits ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer U-förmigen Wicklung aus einem bandförmigen elektrischen Leiter, insbesondere Stromwandler-Primärwicklung bekannt, bei dem der bandförmige Leiter in einer Mehrzahl von Windungen spiralig auf einen Wickeldorn aufgewickelt und dem so entstandenen rahmenförmigen Wickelkörper nach Entfernen des Wickeldomes durch anschließendes Aussägen, Ausstanzen oder Ausfräsen einer die übereinanderliegenden bandförmigen Leiter quer zur Bandebene durchsetzenden Lücke die Form eines U gegeben wird (DE-AS 1 638 470). Zur Herstellung dieser Wicklung sind zeitraubende und umständliche Nacharbeiten erforderlich. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Primärleiter, insbesondere für Einleiter-Gießharz-Stromwandler so auszubilden, daß er trotz relativ einfacher Herstellung die erforderliche Eigenstäbilität aufweist, sich leicht auf Ringkeme auffadeln läßt und bei dem die Isolationsstrecke zwischen Primärleiter und Kem mit Sekundärwicklung den elektrischen Anforderungen genügt Die der Erfindung zugrunde liegende Aufgabe wird durch die im Anspruch gekennzeichneten Merkmale gelöst Im folgenden wird die Erfindung an Hand eines Ausfühlungsbeispieles näher erläutert Die einzige Figur zeigt einen Primärleiter (1) für Einleiter-Gießhaiz-Stromwandler, der aus einzelnen Bändern zusammengesetzt ist. Im vom Stromwandlerkem (4) umfaßten Mittelteil (2) ist der Primärleiter (1) V-förmig geprägt Durch die V-förmige Prägung im Mittelteil (2) wird der Primärleiter (1) räumlich so konzentriert, daß der erforderliche Isolationsabstand zwischen Kem (4) und Primärleiter (1), der beispielsweise durch Gießharz ausgefüllt werden kann, entsteht. Bei dem Prägevorgang werden die beiden Schenkel (2) des Primärleiters (1) rechtwinklig abgebogen. Zum Aufbringen des Kernes (4) werden die Bänder eines Schenkels (2) so weit in die gestrichelt gezeigte Stellung aufgebogen, daß sich der Kem (4) bequem aufschieben läßt Dabei muß lediglich die Forderung erfüllt sein, daß die lichte Weite des Ringkemes (4) das Aufschieben auf das Bandpaket mechanisch noch zuläßt Nach dem Aufbringen des Kernes (4) wird der abgebogene Schenkel wieder zurückgebogen, wobei dies gegebenenfalls einzeln Band für Band erfolgen kann. Die Erfindung ergibt eine eigenstabile Wicklung. Der Prägevorgang kann kostengünstig duichgefiihrt werden. Die Handhabung beim Auf- und Zubiegen des einen Schenkels erfordert wenig Kraft, weil die Bänder gegebenenfalls einzeln gebogen weiden können.
