Abstract
The invention relates to a lifting arrangement for vegetation-heating tubes, in particular in greenhouses, and has the object of making it possible for the vegetation-heating tubes, for the purpose of soil cultivation, to be simultaneously raised and lowered again, it being the intention, at the same time, for the heat emanating from the heating tubes to be fed in a uniformly distributed manner to the plant stock. This is achieved according to the invention in that the heating tubes 1, as is known per se, are suspended loosely, by means of clamps, rings, clips 4 or the like, on longitudinal support profiles 2, which can be raised in a motor-driven or manual manner, individually or in pairs, by means of lifting and traction cables 6, 7, preferably by means of a centrally arranged shaft 9 or winch, that leg of the longitudinal support profile 2 which is directed towards the vegetation-heating tube preferably being designed as a reflection surface for the upwardly directed heat rays emanating from the tubes 1. <IMAGE>

Für Gewächshauskulturen werden zur energiesparenden Beheizung Metallrohre oder Kunststoffschläuche verwendet, welche entweder auf oder knapp über dem Gewächshausboden, unmittelbar im Pflanzenbereich liegen. Diese Art von Heizung wird Vegetationsheizung genannt. Im Niedertemperaturbereich werden dafür vorzugsweise Kunststoffschläuche verwendet.
Für die Bodenbearbeitung müssen diese Schläuche vom Gewächshausboden hochgehoben und in zirka 2 m Höhe aufgehängt werden. Dies geschah bisher Meter für Meter von Hand aus-eine sehr mühsame und zeitraubende Tätigkeit. Die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung ermöglicht ein zentrales Hochheben dieser Vegetationsheizungsschläuche, wobei eine grössere Anzahl von Schläuchen, vorzugsweise alle Schläuche eines Gewächshauses, auf einmal hochgehoben werden können.
Dies erfolgt gemäss der Erfindung mittels einer Hebevorrichtung, deren Besonderheit darin besteht, dass die Heizungsschläuche, wie an sich bekannt, mittels Klammern, Ringen, Schellen od. dgl. lose an Längsträgerprofilen aufgehängt sind, die einzeln oder paarweise mittels Hebe- und Zugseilen, vorzugsweise mittels einer zentral angeordneten Welle oder Haspel motorisch oder von Hand anhebbar sind. Damit können die Heizungsschläuche nicht nur zur Bodenbearbeitung auf zirka 2 m Höhe hochgehoben, sondern auch nur einige Dezimeter vom Boden angehoben werden.
Dies führt bei vielen Kulturen zu besseren Wachstumsbedingungen.
Die erfindungsgemässe Hebevorrichtung ermöglicht darüber hinaus noch einen weiteren Vorteil, der darin besteht, dass die von den Vegetationsheizungsschläuchen ausgehende Wärme dem Pflanzenbestand verteilt zugeführt wird, indem der dem Vegetationsheizungsschlauch zugewendete Schenkel des Längsträgerprofils als Reflexionsfläche für die nach oben gerichteten Wärmestrahlen ausgebildet ist. Um die Vegetationsheizungsschläuche dem jeweiligen Pflanzenbestand individuell anpassen zu können, sind mindestens zwei der Längsträgerprofile über ein Querprofil mit Ausnehmungen für verschiedene Abstände der Längsträgerprofile aufgehängt. Nach einer weiteren Ausgestaltung können zum Aufhängen der Längsträgerprofile auch teleskopartig ausziehbare Querträgerprofile zur stufenlosen Anpassung der Abstände der Längsträgerprofile vorgesehen sein.
Nachstehend sollen mehrere Ausführungsbeispiele der erfindungsgemässen Hebevorrichtung an Hand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert werden, in denen Fig. 1 eine Gesamtansicht der Hebevorrichtung zeigt. In Fig. 2 sind mehrere Längsträgerprofile im Querschnitt dargestellt. Die Fig. 3 zeigt ein Querprofil mit Ausnehmungen zur Aufhängung der Längsträgerprofile ; Fig. 4 ein teleskopartiges Querträgerprofil.
Die Vegetationsheizungsschläuche --1-- werden mittels Klammern, Ringen oder Schellen --4-- lose, wegen der Ausdehnung bei Erwärmung, am Längsträgerprofil --2-- im geeignetem Abstand befestigt. Die Längsprofile --2-- können einzeln, oder verbunden über ein Querprofil --3-paarweise, z. B. für Vor- und Rücklauf, angehoben werden. Dies geschieht mittels der Hebeseile --7--, welche über Umlenkrollen --5-- geführt werden und kraftschlüssig mittels Klemmen --8-am Zugseil --6-- befestigt sind. Diese Zugseile, normalerweise im Abstand von 2 bis 3 m, werden auf einer zentralen Welle --9-- aufgewickelt.
Diese Welle ist in Lagern --10-- gelagert und wird über ein geeignetes Getriebe, selbsthemmend, mit Klinke, Lastbremse od. ähnl., von Hand aus oder über Motor angetrieben.
Das Längsträgerprofil --2-- kann U-, T-, C-, L-förmig oder als Vierkantrohr ausgebildet sein. Der dem Vegetationsheizungsschlauch zugewendete Schenkel wird, bei geeignetem Material und Oberflächenbeschaffenheit, die nach oben gerichteten Wärmestrahlen zum Boden (Fig. 2 a+b) oder in den Pflanzenbestand (Fig. 2 c+d) reflektieren und damit die Heizenergie besser ausnutzen.
Für verschiedene Kulturen müssen die Vegetationsheizungsschläuche in verschiedenen Abständen verwendet werden z. B. bei Gurken enger, bei Salat weiter. Dafür wird der Querträger --3-- mit Ausnehmungen --11-- im gewünschten Abstand der Heizungsschläuche versehen und das Längsträgerprofil --2-- kann dann darin mittels Haken oder Ringen im erforderlichem Abstand eingehängt werden.
Bei Ausführung des Querträgers --3-- als teleskopartiges Profil kann eine stufenlose Anpassung des Abstandes der Längsträgerprofile erfolgen.

For greenhouse crops, metal pipes or plastic hoses are used for energy-saving heating, which are either on or just above the greenhouse floor, directly in the plant area. This type of heating is called vegetation heating. Plastic hoses are preferably used for this in the low temperature range.
For soil cultivation, these hoses must be lifted off the greenhouse floor and hung at a height of approximately 2 m. Up to now, this has been done manually by meter - a very tedious and time-consuming task. The device according to the invention enables these vegetation heating hoses to be lifted centrally, it being possible for a large number of hoses, preferably all hoses of a greenhouse, to be lifted up at once.
This is done according to the invention by means of a lifting device, the special feature of which is that, as is known per se, the heating hoses are loosely suspended on side member profiles by means of clamps, rings, clamps or the like, preferably individually or in pairs by means of lifting and pulling cables can be raised by hand or by means of a centrally arranged shaft or reel. This means that the heating hoses can not only be raised to a height of around 2 m for soil cultivation, but can also only be raised a few decimeters from the floor.
This leads to better growing conditions in many cultures.
The lifting device according to the invention also enables a further advantage, which consists in the fact that the heat emanating from the vegetation heating hoses is distributed to the vegetation by the leg of the side member profile facing the vegetation heating hose being designed as a reflection surface for the upward-directed heat rays. In order to be able to individually adapt the vegetation heating hoses to the respective crop, at least two of the side member profiles are suspended via a cross profile with recesses for different distances between the side member profiles. According to a further embodiment, telescopic extendable cross member profiles can also be provided for hanging the longitudinal member profiles for stepless adjustment of the spacing of the longitudinal member profiles.
Several exemplary embodiments of the lifting device according to the invention are to be explained in more detail below with reference to the drawings, in which FIG. 1 shows an overall view of the lifting device. In Fig. 2, several longitudinal beam profiles are shown in cross section. Fig. 3 shows a cross profile with recesses for hanging the longitudinal beam profiles; Fig. 4 is a telescopic cross member profile.
The vegetation heating hoses --1-- are loosely attached to the side member profile --2-- at a suitable distance by clips, rings or clamps --4-- because of the expansion when heated. The longitudinal profiles --2-- can be used individually or connected via a cross profile --3 pairs, e.g. B. for forward and reverse, are raised. This is done using the lifting ropes --7--, which are guided over pulleys --5-- and are non-positively attached to the pulling rope --6-- by means of clamps --8-. These traction cables, usually at a distance of 2 to 3 m, are wound on a central shaft --9--.
This shaft is stored in bearings --10-- and is driven by a suitable gear, self-locking, with a pawl, load brake or similar, by hand or via a motor.
The side member profile --2-- can be U, T, C, L-shaped or a square tube. The leg facing the vegetation heating hose will, with a suitable material and surface quality, reflect the upward heat rays towards the ground (Fig. 2 a + b) or into the vegetation (Fig. 2 c + d) and thus make better use of the heating energy.
The vegetation heating hoses must be used at different intervals for different crops. B. tighter with cucumbers, further with salad. For this, the crossmember --3-- is provided with recesses --11-- at the desired distance from the heating hoses and the longitudinal beam profile --2-- can then be hooked into it at the required distance using hooks or rings.
When the cross member --3-- is designed as a telescopic profile, the spacing of the side member profiles can be continuously adjusted.
