   Zwecks Herstellung des rechteckigen Ausschnittes in dem Rahmen, wie in Fig. I dargestellt ist, hat das Markierwerkzeug e im wesentlichen den in Fig. 5 dargestellten Querschnitt ; es wird an dem unteren Ende einer in der Normalstellung durch eine Feder r emporgehaltenen Stange   q   getragen und durch einen mittels einer Stange t und eines nicht gezeichneten Trethebels beweglichen Hebel 8 zwecks Markierens des Rahmens   niedergedrückt.   Es ist zweckmässig   ausser   der Randführung c noch einen zweiten Führer u anzuwenden, gegen welchen die untere Seite des Leistens oder die Brandsohle, falls eine solche vorhanden ist, gehalten wird, um die wagerechte Entfernung des Oberleders von dem Markierwerkzeuge genauer zu bestimmen. 



   Dieser Führer u ist in einer   Führung   x senkrecht verschiebbar und wird durch eine   Klemm   schraube z festgeklemmt. 



   Der Ausschnitt b könnte natürlich auf jedem anderen geeigneten Teil des Schuhes hergestellt werden. Bei solchen Schuhen z. B. in welchem kein Rahmen gebraucht wird, der Rand des Oberleders aber ringsum nach aussen   gebogen ist.   und   80 gewissermassen   den Rahmen ersetzt, wird der Eindruck in diesem Teil des Schuhes gemacht. 



   PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE : 
1. Verfahren zur Erleichterung der Vereinigung von Sohle und Oberleder, dadurch gekennzeichnet. dass ein oder mehrere Zeichen oder Einkerbungen in   das Oberleder oder bei   Rahmenschuhen in den Rahmen gemacht werden, und die Sohle und das Oberleder dann mit Hilfe dieser Zeichen oder Einkerbungen mit Bezug aufeinander eingestellt werden.

   For the purpose of producing the rectangular cutout in the frame, as shown in FIG. 1, the marking tool e essentially has the cross section shown in FIG. 5; it is carried at the lower end of a rod q held up in the normal position by a spring r and is pressed down by a lever 8 movable by means of a rod t and a pedal lever (not shown) for the purpose of marking the frame. In addition to the edge guide c, it is advisable to use a second guide u against which the lower side of the last or the insole, if one is present, is held in order to determine the horizontal distance of the upper leather from the marking tool more precisely.



   This guide u is vertically displaceable in a guide x and is clamped by a clamping screw z.



   The cutout b could of course be made on any other suitable part of the shoe. In such shoes z. B. in which no frame is needed, but the edge of the upper leather is bent outwards all around. and 80 to some extent replaces the frame, the impression is made in this part of the shoe.



   PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Method for facilitating the union of sole and upper leather, characterized. that one or more characters or notches are made in the upper leather or, in the case of frame shoes, in the frame, and the sole and the upper leather are then adjusted with reference to one another with the aid of these characters or notches.
