Die Erfindung betrifft eine belüftete Fussbettsohle aus Kunststoff, deren Rand zur Laufsohle hin abgebogen ist. Die Auftrittsfläche der Sohle ist einer Fussschale formal nachgebildet und mit Lufteintrittsöffnungen versehen. An der Unterseite ist die Sohle offen und über ihren gesamten hohlen inneren Bereich von sich kreuzenden Stegen durchzogen.
