Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine zwan'äufige Ventilsteuerung, die in Fig. 1 im Vertikalschnitt nach c-d, in Fig. 2 im Horizontalschnitt nach a b dargestellt ist. Sie besteht aus einer Schwingscheibe e mit Kurvenstück g, das von der Exzenterstange I beim Anhube nach der Ventilspindel 1, zu bewegt wird, einer Rolle i, die beim Herannahen der Kurve g ausweicht, und aus einem um einen Fixpunkt k drehbaren Lenker 1, welcher die Rolle trägt und den Führungszylinder tU vermittels Führungsbacken n mitnimmt.
Die Ventilspindel wird bei dieser Konstruktion frei von allen Seitendrücken gehalten, da der Lenker 1 bezw. dessen : fixer Drehpunkt alle Seitendrücke auffängt, und ferner werden selbst bei kleinen Füllungen sehr wirksame Ventilhübe erzielt, da die Bewegungsrichtung der Kurvenscheibe e mit derjenigen der Rolle t im Rollenmittelpunkt beim Momente des Anhubes einen stumpfen Winkel x einschliesst, wodurch sich wesentlich grössere Ventilhube als bei der umgekehrten Bewegungsrichtung erzielen lassen, wie mathematisch nachgewiesen werden kann.
