If a transistor circuit operating as a relay or trigger is to respond at a certain input voltage, the difficulty often arises that the input voltage is subject to interference voltages or for example
Fluctuations in the supply voltage are superimposed, leading to unintentional response and / or decrease in the
Circuit or one of these downstream devices lead. The invention brings through here
Introduction of a hysteresis remedy.
A transistorized multivibrator is already known from Austrian patent specification No. 285711, in which a first transistor controlled by the input signal controls a second transistor and others
Resistors three voltage divider resistors are provided, which by their ohmic ratio
Determine or co-determine the response value and the hold ratio of the circuit. This patent specification speaks of a holding ratio which can be varied within wide limits and which can also be smaller than 1.05 or, according to another passage, "extremely small".
The invention relates to a particularly expedient and clear circuit of this type in its structure and mode of operation, which, in accordance with what was said at the outset, primarily to achieve one of the
Value 1 significantly different holding ratio, i.e. H. to achieve one of those specified at the beginning
Can serve reasons desired considerable hysteresis.
The subject of the invention is namely a relay or resistor operating with transistors and resistors.
Trigger circuit with a first transistor controlled by the input signal, a second transistor controlled by this and with three resistors, which can be changed if necessary, determine the response value and the holding ratio of the circuit by their ohmic ratio, which is characterized in that the control path (base-emitter) of the first transistor is connected on the one hand to the input potential and on the other hand to a connection point of two of the said resistors which are connected to the second transistor in
Row to the supply voltage, and that depending on whether the base (Fig. 1 and 3) or the emitter (Fig.
5 and 7) of the first transistor is at the connection point mentioned, the third resistor is connected in parallel to the second transistor or the first transistor is connected in series on the collector side, with the two transistors blocking and conducting simultaneously in the first case and alternately in the second case.
By means of an appropriately sized sieve element or sieve chain arranged on the inlet side, the
Input signal adherent, e.g. B. interspersed interference voltages are reduced, whereby the requirements to be placed on the transistor circuit with regard to interference voltage security are reduced.
The control of the first transistor by the (screened) input signal is preferably only carried out indirectly, in that the electrode of the transistor used for control, e.g. B. its emitter is connected via a resistor to the or to a voltage source and at the same time via a diode which blocks the input signal and allows the current flowing through the resistor to be connected to the input voltage or the filtered input voltage. The diode just mentioned prevents the control electrode (emitter) of the first transistor from the input side, e.g. B. from the last capacitor of the sieve chain, a current surge that endangers the transistor is pressed.
The electrode (emitter) of the first transistor used for control can be preceded by a diode that allows the current of this electrode to pass through and reverse voltages to block. This diode prevents an otherwise possibly occurring, the transistor endangering higher, z. B. 5 V exceeding temporary reverse voltage stress of the control path of the transistor (emitter-base path).
The dimensioning of the inventive relay or relay operating with hysteresis. Trigger switching takes place with particular advantage in such a way that the response takes place at around two thirds of the full signal voltage and the decrease at around one third of the full signal voltage. On the one hand, you have a sufficient voltage reserve of one third of the full voltage for the response and, at the same time, a sufficient interval, also one third of the full voltage, between the response and decrease. This interval causes z.
B. that a harmful, caused by (residual) interference voltages repeated response and retreat of the circuit is still avoided if the input voltage with its only gradual rise from zero to the full value due to an upstream filter reaches just half of the latter and you thereby an interfering alternating voltage with an amplitude amounting to one sixth of the full voltage is superimposed.
The drawings show in Fig. 1 an embodiment of a relay or relay according to the invention.
Trigger circuit and in Fig. 2 an associated working diagram. Further exemplary embodiments together with the associated diagrams are shown in FIGS. 3, 4; 5.6 and 7.8.
The filtered by means of two series resistors and each an associated shunt capacitor, z. B. the input voltage derived from the supply voltage U - UE - is connected via the blocking diode of the second filter capacitor that prevents surge discharges - so that one terminal of a resistor - R-- is connected to the other connection on the supply voltage-- U - lies. The first terminal of the resistor - R--, whose potential is determined by the voltage - Up - plus the burning voltage of the diode

assuming a valve is taken off, the vertical axis. Before the response, U = U = U. Rg / (Ri + R2 + R3), after the response, UA = O.
The input voltage values defined above - UK1 and UK2 - are entered on the horizontal axis, and so on. it is assumed that the circuit has that particularly advantageous dimensioning, in which the following applies: UK1 = 2/3 U and UK2 = 1/3 U. For this purpose, it is easy to see that the resistors --R1, R2 , R3-- behave like 2 to 1 to 3. Is z. B. U = 24 V, then for - UKI and UK2--16 V or 8 V.
According to the invention, the second transistor T- controlled by the responsive first transistor Tj serves to modify the condition for the return of the circuit to the initial state compared to that for the response. This can of course also take place in a different way than in the circuit according to FIG. The second transistor can e.g. B. be connected to the first so that when it becomes conductive, it is not turned on but turned off. When using a voltage divider circuit, as in Fig. 1, it would then have to bridge the resistor - Ri - or possibly be in series with it. Instead of a simple voltage divider circuit, changing the base voltage or
Response voltage of the first transistor also another circuit containing the controlled path (emitter-collector path) of the second transistor, e.g. B. serve an amplifier stage or a bridge circuit.
In the circuit variant according to FIG. 3 with the diagram according to FIG. 4, the response values UK1 U. RtRi + R) and UK2 = U.R1 / (R1 + R2 apply to the response in one and the other sense, as you can easily see + R3).
If UK1 = 2U / 3 and UK2 = U / 3 again, the result is that the resistors --R1, R2, R3 - must behave like 2 to again, as for the same special case in FIG 1 to 3. In contrast to the diagram according to FIG. 2, the limit value UA - U results for the voltage value --UA--.
The further variant shown in Fig. 5 operates according to the same diagram as the circuit of Fig. 3,
