Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes, u. zw. zeigt Fig. 1 denselben in Ansicht, Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt nach der Linie I-II der Fig. 1 und die Fig. 3 Einzelheiten.
Die Medizinaloblaten-Backvorrichtung hat die Gestalt einer Doppelpresse und besteht aus einem Rahmen R, in welchem zwei Säulen S eingebaut sind. Oben ist die Platte Ai mit diesen Säulen fest verbunden, und enthält elektrische Heizkörper. An die Platte Al ist die Platte Bl angeschraubt, welche Vertiefungen entsprechend dei äusseren Form der zu backenden Medizinaloblaten-Kapseln bessitzt. Unterhalb dieser Platte befindet sich lotrecht verschiebbar die Mittelplatte Cl, welche mit zylindrischen Löchern versehen ist, in welche die Zapfen der Unterplatte B2 genau passen. Die Platte B2 ist an die mit elektrischen Heizkörpern versehene Platte A2 angeschraubt, welch letztere unten die Platte B3 (entsprechend B1) trägt.
Unterhalb befinden sich die Platten C2, B4, A3 entsprechend den Platten C1, B2, A2. Durch Eindrücken der Schnappfedern s der Platte Cl und C2 senken sich diese auf die Platte B2 bzw. B4, so dass die Back- vorrichtung zum Gebrauche bereit ist. Auf die Platte Ci und C2 und auf die aus denselben vorragenden Zapfen wird die zu backende Masse geschüttet, sodann der Handhebel H abwärts ge- drückt, welcher durch eine Doppelschere D als Druckhebel auf die Unterseite der Platte A3 wirkt, wodurch sämtliche Platten gegen die feststehende Platte Al gepresst werden und alle Schnappfedern s auf die Dauer des Vorbeiganges der einzelnen Platten in die Säulen S hineingedrückt werden.
Nach dem Backen wird der Handhebel losgelassen und die Platten nehmen die aus Fig. 3 ersichtlichen Stellungen ein ; die auf den Platten C1 und O2 befindlichen fertigen Oblatentafeln werden entfernt und der Vorgang kann von neuem beginnen.
Wie aus der Fig. 3 ersichtlich, sind die Schnappfedern versetzt angeordnet, wodurch es ermöglicht ist, dass nur die zugehörige Platte aufgehalten wird, da die Platten für alle zugehörigen Federn entsprechende Ausnehmungen besitzen, so dass sie an den nicht zugehörigen Federn vorüber gleiten. Zum Beispiel besitzt die Platte A, Ausnehmungen entsprechend den Schnappfedern, welche zu den Platten C., A, und Cl gehören, gleitet infolgedessen an den genannten Federn vorüber und wird erst von den ihr zugehörigen Federn aufgehalten, weil die Platte dort, wie erläutert wurde, keine Ausnehmungen besitzt und somit an die Federn stösst.

The medicinal wafer baking device has the shape of a double press and consists of a frame R in which two columns S are installed. Underneath this plate is the center plate Cl, which is vertically displaceable and is provided with cylindrical holes into which the pins of the lower plate B2 fit exactly. The plate B2 is screwed to the plate A2, which is provided with electrical heating elements, the latter carrying the plate B3 (corresponding to B1) at the bottom.
Below are the plates C2, B4, A3 corresponding to the plates C1, B2, A2. By pressing in the snap springs s of the plates C1 and C2, these lower onto the plate B2 and B4, so that the baking device is ready for use. The mass to be baked is poured onto the plate Ci and C2 and onto the pegs protruding from the same, then the hand lever H is pushed downwards, which acts as a pressure lever on the underside of the plate A3 through double scissors D, whereby all plates against the stationary Plate Al are pressed and all snap springs s are pressed into the columns S while the individual plates are passing by.
After baking, the hand lever is released and the plates assume the positions shown in FIG. 3; the finished wafer boards located on plates C1 and O2 are removed and the process can begin again.
As can be seen from FIG. 3, the snap springs are offset, which enables only the associated plate to be held open, since the plates have corresponding recesses for all associated springs, so that they slide past the non-associated springs. For example, plate A has recesses corresponding to the snap springs which belong to plates C., A, and Cl, consequently slides past the springs mentioned and is only held up by the springs associated with it, because the plate is there, as has been explained , has no recesses and therefore touches the springs.
