Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Beschlag für schubkastenartig ausziehbare Möbelteile, bestehend aus zwei Winkeln mit im wesentlichen senkrecht zueinander stehenden Schenkeln, wobei jeweils der seitliche
Schenkel am Boden des ausziehbaren Möbelteiles befestigbar ist und der stirnseitige Schenkel Aussparungen zur
Aufnahme von Befestigungsschrauben für eine Stirnwand des ausziehbaren Möbelteiles. aufweist und vom oberen bzw. unteren Rand jedes Winkels ausgehend ein sich über den grössten Teil der Höhe des Winkels erstreckender
Einschnitt vorgesehen ist und die Lage des stirnseitigen Schenkels gegenüber dem seitlichen Schenkel mittels eines Verstellorgans, beispielsweise mittels einer Schraube, in Auszugsrichtung des Möbelteiles verstellbar ist und der Winkel gegenüber dem Boden des Möbelteiles verschiebbar gelagert ist, nach Patent Nr.
318179, wobei der parallel zur Auszugsrichtung des Möbelteiles liegende Schenkel mindestens mit seinem unteren Bereich an einer am Boden des ausziehbaren Möbelteiles direkt oder indirekt befestigbaren Lasche anliegt und an dieser Lasche in an sich bekannter Weise vertikal verschiebbar geführt ist.
Es sind verstellbare Frontplattenbeschläge bekannt, bei welchen die der Vertikalverstellung dienende
Mechanik ziemlich aufwendig ist. Bei diesen bekannten Beschlägen wird für diese Vertikalverstellung eine
Gewindespindel verwendet, die nicht nur eine Gewindebohrung zu ihrer Aufnahme benötigt, sondern darüber hinaus noch zusätzliche Massnahmen bedingt, die ein willkürliches Verdrehen der Verstellspindel verhindern, damit sich der Beschlag nicht unbeabsichtigt verstellen kann.
Aufgabe und Zweck der Erfindung ist es, die Verstellmöglichkeit für einen Beschlag der genannten Art zu verbessern, und die Erfindung geht dabei von dem Gedanken aus, diese Verstelleinrichtung so einfach wie möglich zu schaffen, eine Klemmfixierung vorzusehen und die miteinander zu verbindenden Teile stabil aneinander zu führen.
Erfindungsgemäss gelingt dies dadurch, dass zur Führung des L-förmigen Winkels an der
Lasche der rückseitige Randbereich des Schenkels umgebogen ist und an der rückseitigen Vertikalkante der
Lasche anliegt und die Lasche mindestens eine vertikal verlaufende leistenartige Einprägung besitzt, welche in eine korrespondierende Einprägung im Schenkel des L-förmigen Winkels ragt, wobei zur Fixierung der jeweiligen Höhenlage des Winkels im unteren Bereich des Schenkels eine vom unteren Rand des Schenkels ausgehende vertikale Langlochbohrung vorgesehen ist, zur Aufnahme einer in eine Gewindebohrung der Lasche eindrehbaren Schraube. Beschläge der gegenständlichen Art sind relativ sperrig, sie bestehen aus dem Schubladenführungsschienenpaar und dem dazu im wesentlichen senkrechten Trag- und Befestigungsteil.
Diese Teile müssen verpackt und versandt und auch gelagert werden, wobei man natürlich bemüht ist, möglichst raumsparend vorzugehen. Der erfindungsgemässe Vorschlag vermag auch diesem Gedanken Rechnung zu tragen. Die von der unteren Kante des Schenkels ausgehende Langlochbohrung ist deshalb einseitig offen, so dass beim Lösen der Klemmschraube, ohne dass diese aus ihrer Gewindebohrung zur Gänze entfernt werden muss, der Winkel abgezogen werden kann, so dass von der Schubladenführung nur mehr ein relativ kleiner Teil seitlich absteht, nämlich die Befestigungslasche. Die Montage des Winkels in umgekehrter Richtung ist ohne weiteres möglich. Bei etwas ausgedrehter oder hochgedrehter Schraube wird dank der seitlich offenen Langlochaussparung der Winkel auf die Lasche aufgeschoben und in der Folge mit der Klemmschraube fixiert.
Ausser der einfachen Mechanik ist dies ein zusätzlicher Vorteil, der mit dem erfindungsgemässen Vorschlag erreicht werden kann.
Die Zeichnungen zeigen ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung. Es zeigen : Die Fig. l und 2 den Beschlag von der Seite und von vorne ; Fig. 3 den L-förmigen Winkel von oben ; die Fig. 4 und 5 die Lasche von der Seite und von oben und Fig. 6 ein Detail in vergrössertem Massstab.
Der Beschlag nach den Fig. 1 bis 3 besteht aus einem im wesentlichen L-förmigen Winkel dessen einer Schenkel--2--bzw. dessen Ebene parallel zur Auszugsrichtung des Möbelteiles liegt. Senkrecht zum Schenkel--2--ist der für die Befestigung der nicht dargestellten Stirnwand (Blende) des ausziehbaren Möbelteiles vorgesehene Schenkel--4--angeordnet, der mehrere langlochartige Aussparungen--5-aufweist für die Aufnahme von Befestigungsschrauben. Die beiden Schenkel--2 und 4--bilden den einstückigen L-förmigen Winkel Vom oberen Rand --7-- dieses winkels --1-- ausgehend ist ein Einschnitt --8-- angebracht, der sich bis nahe zum unteren Rand--9--dieses Winkels erstreckt. Der oberste Teil--10--des Schenkels--4--ist nach hinten gebogen, so dass er parallel zur Ebene des Schenkels --2-- liegt (s. Fig. 3).
