The invention relates to a grinding arrangement with an internally cooled grinding wheel fed via a coolant supply stator.
Such a grinding arrangement is e.g. B. described in DE 9403099. 5 U1.
The task was to improve this design in such a way that a wheel replacement is very easy, and the grinding arrangement can therefore be converted very easily for different materials if changed grinding conditions are present or are required, for example if more coolant has to be added.
This object is achieved according to the invention in a grinding arrangement of the type mentioned at the outset in that the grinding wheel is clamped between two flanges, one of which has an annular groove for receiving an annular rib of the coolant supply stator and bores for connecting the annular groove to the space between the grinding wheel hub and the two clamping flanges having.
It is preferred that the grinding wheel has cooling channels in several axial planes.
It must be ensured that the structure of the grinding wheel material is not changed by the cooling channels.
The invention is described below using an example with reference to the drawing, in which the recording of the grinding wheel on the machine shaft and its supply with coolant are shown. 1 is a side view of a coolant supply stator mounted on the machine housing and FIGS. 2 and 3 are sectional views.

On a hollow machine shaft 1, a stop sleeve 2 is pushed and fixed, for. B. wedged. A support disk 3 is pushed onto the shaft 1 and the stop sleeve 2 and screwed to the stop sleeve 2 by means of screws 4.
The support disk 3 has an annular shoulder 5 and in the side wall 6 facing the stop sleeve 2 an annular groove 7, from which holes 8 extending obliquely to the side wall 6 penetrate the side wall 6.
The hub 9 of a grinding wheel 10 is pushed onto the annular shoulder of the support ring 3 and has coolant channels 11 in two mutually parallel axial planes which pass through the grinding wheel 10 from the hub 9 to the periphery 12.
The grinding wheel 10 is clamped between the support disc 3 and a clamping disc 13, which is pushed onto the hollow shaft 1 and is clamped to the support disc 3 by means of screws 14. The free end 15 of the hollow shaft 1 is covered with a ring nut 16.
A disc-shaped hollow body 17 is fixedly arranged on the grinding arrangement housing, which projects with an annular rib 18 into the annular groove 7 of the supporting disc 3 and has four circumferential slots 19 and a feed connector 20. The supply nozzle 20 is used to supply cooling media to the circumferential slots 19 and subsequently to the bores 8 of the support disk 3, the annular rib 18 of the hollow body 17 and the annular groove 7 of the support disk 3 forming a labyrinth seal between them. The coolant is discharged into the space between the hollow shaft 1, the support disk 3, the grinding disk 10 and the clamping disk 13 and flows from the hub side of the grinding disk 10 through the cooling channels 11 to the periphery of the grinding disk, the rotation of the grinding disk conveying the abrasive by pumping action.
The coolant channels 14 can take any course from the hub 9 to the periphery 12, for. B. radial channels and spiral channels are state of the art.

It is also known to provide simple bores in the pane material as cooling channels. In the event of a build-up, the cooling ducts are created using combustible organic materials, which ensure that the structure of the pane material is identical to that of the duct boundary surface.
Likewise, a wide variety of bonds and abrasives are known for grinding wheels - the invention is not restricted here. There are ceramic bonds, organic bonds (e.g. via water-insoluble modified PVA networks) and corundum, carbides, nitrides (e.g. cubic boron nitride) and diamond are used in particular on abrasives.
