Das Patent Nr. 303838 bezieht sich auf ein Fernsprechgerät mit einem Weckersystem, das an einer
Montageplatte angeordnet ist, welche an der Bodenplatte des Fernsprechgerätes befestigt ist, bei dem die
Montageplatte durch Aufdrücken auf Rastfedern der Grundplatte und durch Drehen um eine
Führungsvorrichtung an der Grundplatte befestigbar und durch zwei radiale, einander gegenüberliegende
Vorsprünge drehsicher verrastet ist, derart, dass die Vorsprünge in einer Drehrichtung unter dachförmigen
Anschlägen klemmend anliegen und in der andern Drehrichtung mit federnden Zungen gegen die Nocken der aus der Grundplatte freigeschnittenen Rastfedern drücken.
Auf diese Weise wird die Befestigung des Weckersystems mit der Grundplatte des Fernsprechgehäuses wesentlich vereinfacht und somit das gesamte Gerät verbilligt. Das Weckersystem kann mit einem einzigen Handgriff und ohne Werkzeug, selbst von ungelernten Arbeitskräften auf der Grundplatte angebracht und im Reparaturfall wieder abgenommen werden.
Es hat sich jedoch gezeigt, dass sich infolge der notwendigen Toleranzen zwischen den ineinandergreifenden Teilen ein Spiel ergibt, so dass sich das befestigte Weckersystem geringfügig bewegen lässt, wodurch bei Betrieb des Weckers ein störendes Nebengeräusch entstehen kann.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, dieses Spiel zu vermeiden. Die Erfindung erreicht dies dadurch, dass die Flächen der an den Rastfedern befindlichen Nocken, die gegen die federnden Zungen stossen, schräg verlaufen, so dass die Federkraft der Rastfedern die Montageplatte des Weckersystems fest gegen die Anschläge drückt.
Zur Erläuterung der Erfindung dienen die Zeichnungen, mit deren Hilfe die Befestigung eines Weckersystems an der Grundplatte eines Fernsprechgehäuses beschrieben wird. In den Zeichnungen sind : Fig. la eine Draufsicht auf einen Teil einer Grundplatte, auf der gemäss der Erfindung ein Weckersystem befestigt werden soll ; Fig. lb ein Schnitt durch die Anordnung entlang der Linie I-I der Fig. la ; Fig. 2a eine Draufsicht auf einen Teil der Grundplatte, ähnlich der Fig. la, wobei die Befestigung aber bereits vollzogen ist, und Fig. 2b ein Schnitt entlang der Linie II-II der Fig. 2a.
Fig. la zeigt die Grundplatte--2--, in deren Mitte sich eine Bohrung--4--und links und rechts von dieser je ein rechteckiger Ausschnitt befinden, in denen sich an die Platte--2--angeschnittene Rastfedern --3-- bewegen können. In der Ruhelage der Rastfedern treten die Nocken--5--an ihren Enden aus der Plattenfläche hervor, wie dies Fig. 2b zeigt. Nahe den Nocken--5--befindet sich je ein an die Platte--2-- angeformter dachförmiger Anschlag der je eine obere, untere und hintere Begrenzung--7--besitzt.
Es können noch weitere angeformte Anschläge --11--, beispielsweise nahe der Bohrung--4--, vorgesehen sein.
