   Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Schleuseneinrichtung zum Überführen von pastösen, klebrigen und rieselfähigen Materialien aus einem Behälter in ein Bearbeitungsgefäss, insbesondere in eine Fördereinrichtung, wobei ein Druckunterschied zu überbrücken bzw. ein Gasabschluss erforderlich ist. Die vorgeschlagene Schleuseneinrichtung weist einen vertikal angeordneten, trichterförmigen Behälter auf, dessen Eintritts- und Auslassöffnung mit je einem Schleusenventil versehen ist. 



   Eine solche Schleuseneinrichtung kann insbesondere in Verbindung mit einer Vorrichtung zum Behandeln von staub- und pulverförmigen Materialien gebraucht werden, welche Einrichtung eine horizontale Misch- und Kneteinrichtung mit rotierender und gegebenenfalls hin- und hergehender Schnecke aufweist, welcher eine vertikale Zuführeinrichtung vorgeschaltet ist. Eine solche Einrichtung ist beispielsweise in der österr. Patentschrift Nr. 290106 näher beschrieben und dargestellt. 



   Bei der Behandlung von staub- und pulverförmigen, pastösen und klebrigen Materialien tritt oft der Nachteil auf, dass diese bei der Überführung derselben aus einem Behandlungsraum in einen andern Behandlungsoder Förderraum an der Wand eines in bekannter Weise eingesetzten Zwischenbunkers klebenbleiben, wodurch ein genaues Dosieren, insbesondere ein Dosieren ins Vakuum, verunmöglicht wird. Der Betrieb kann nicht kontinuierlich erfolgen, da das Zwischenstück von Zeit zu Zeit gereinigt werden muss. 



   Zweck der Erfindung ist die Beseitigung dieses erwähnten Nachteiles. 



   Die erfindungsgemässe Schleuseneinrichtung eingangs beschriebener Art ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der trichterförmige Behälter doppelwandig ausgebildet ist und eine Innenwand aus porösem, gasdurchlässigem Material besitzt, wobei der Zwischenraum zwischen der Innen- und Aussenwand an eine Druckgasquelle anschliessbar ist. 



   Durch Anlegen von Dampf-oder Druckluft kann das an der Innenwand klebende Material mittels Dampfoder Luftstössen von der Wand entfernt und die Bildung einer Kruste verhindert werden. 



   In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt. 



   Die Schleuseneinrichtung weist ein trichterförmiges   Gehäuse-l-auf,   dessen Eintrittsseite-2-zylinderförmig ausgebildet ist und zur Aufnahme eines Niveaureglers--3--dient. Das   Gehäuse--l--ist

   Da die Schleuseneinrichtung üblicherweise zwischen zwei Bearbeitungsräumen eingesetzt wird, wo ungleiche Drücke herrschen, so ist es zweckmässig, im Bereich der   Eintrittsseite --2-- und   beim   Auslass-7-,   je ein Schieberventil--8 bzw. 9--anzuordnen, welche durch den   Niveauregler --3-- betätigbar   sind. 



  Gegebenenfalls wird auch eine Vorrichtung zur Fernanzeige der Leermeldung verwendet. 



   Um zu verhindern, dass klebrige oder pastöse Materialien an der Innenwand--4--haftenbleiben, wird bei periodisch geöffnetem Schieber ein   Luft-oder Dampfstoss   durch den   Anschluss --6-- vorgenommen,   so dass die an der porösen Wand haftenden Teile weggeblasen werden. 



   Die Steuerung der Schieber und der Luftstösse erfolgt zweckmässgerweise selbsttätig über eine Programmschaltung im Steuerpult, mit der Füllstandsregelung gekoppelt.

Such a device is described and shown in more detail, for example, in Austrian Patent No. 290106.



   When treating dusty and powdery, pasty and sticky materials, the disadvantage often arises that when they are transferred from one treatment room to another treatment or conveying room, they stick to the wall of an intermediate bunker used in a known manner, which enables precise dosing, in particular dosing in a vacuum is made impossible.
