Fig. 3 lässt eine andere Ausführungsform erkennen.

Building board, in particular a door leaf
The invention relates to a building panel, in particular a door leaf, in a mixed metal-wood or metal-plastic construction, in which three edges from both sides in the area below the
Side faces inwardly reaching metal profiles are formed, the side faces
Plastic plates connected to the flanks of the profiles by gluing and one made of wood
Side edge held between the flanks of the profiles and so the plate can be easily shortened in one direction of expansion.
It is also known per se to cover metal profiles with plastic.
The essence of the invention is seen in the fact that in the case of a building board of the aforementioned type, the profiles that are only placed next to one another and the side edge are held in place merely by gluing them to the side surfaces separated by known spacers, the profiles being coated with plastic in a manner known per se and the plastic coating extends, for example injection molded, onto the side surfaces of the plate.
The details and features of the invention are explained in more detail below with reference to the drawings, for example. 1 shows the edge of a door leaf in section. Fig. 2 shows the same section with a plastic-coated metal profile part. 3 shows another embodiment.
The side edges of the plate according to the invention are formed from profiles-1-with whose flanks-6-the side surfaces-3-of the plate are firmly connected.
For cases in which metal profiles are not applicable or appropriate, the profiles - 1 - can be made of plastic or plastic --2--. Plastics combine the advantages of easy machinability with those of the necessary strength, corrosion resistance and insulating properties.
If necessary, metal cores-2-can be provided in place of the plastic profiles, which are covered in a known manner on the outside and / or inside with plastic --4--.
As a rule, it is difficult and time-consuming to bend metal profiles in such a way that sharp-edged, clean corners are created. It is therefore intended to bend metal profiles-2-regardless of sharp edges and then to cover them with plastic and to remove the edges - -5-- of the profiles --2-- that form the rebate - through the plastic --4-- to shape.
In order to achieve a further simplification of the manufacturing process, the side surfaces --3 - and the profiles - 1 - can be manufactured in one piece, for example injection molded, with the metal core --2-- being cast in as a reinforcement insert.
