Das Deckblatt zeigt im wesent- ìiehen die in Fig. 3 veranschaulichte Gestaltung. Es besteht aus dem Teile 4 für die Spitze und dem Hauptteile 5. Ein solches Deckblatt orhält bei 6 einen Einschnitt oder eine Einkerbung, um einen Teil vorzusehen, der nach rückwärts auf die äusserste Spitze des Wickels aufgewunden wird. Bei einer solchen Gestaltung des Deckblattes wird die Klebschicht in einer Form aufgetragen, wie sie durch 7 veranschaulicht wird.
Dieses Aufbringen kann durch ein Glied 8 geschehen (Fig. l und 2), das aus einem Stuck Draht von entsprechender Form besteht. Dieser Draht 8 zeigt einen Ansatz 9, der dem Einschnitte entspricht, der in das Deckblatt bei 6'gemacht ist (Fig. 3). Sobald der Draht in den Klebstoff eingetaucht ist, wird der Beckblattträger über den Klebstoffbehalter hinwegbewegt, nachdem der Draht in die in Fig. 2 veranschaulichte Lage gehoben ist. Hierauf wird eine Klebschicht auf das Deckblatt in der in Fig. 3 veranschaulichten Weise aufgetragen. Das Deckblatt wird jetzt um den Wickel gelegt, so dass die Klebschicht die aus der Fig. 4 ersichtliche Lage einnimmt. Es ist ersichtlich, dass die Klebschicht, die in erwähnter Weise auf das Deckblatt aufgebracht wird, ein sicheres und glattes Übereinanderliegen der Deckblatteile ermöglicht, sowie die Anwendung von zuviel Klebstoff verhindert.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen eines Klebmittels auf das Deckblatt einer mittels Maschine herzustellenden Zigarre, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein besonders gestaltetes Glied ein Klebmittel auf das für die Spitze bestimmte Ende und einen sich an dieses anschliessenden Teil des Deckblattes in einer Schicht aufträgt, die in Richtung mit dem Rande des Deckblattes derart verläuft, dass eine sichere Verbindung der übereinanderliegenden Teile des Deckblattes erzielt und die Anwendung einer zu grossen Klebstoffinenge vermieden wird.
