Control device for combustion and steam turbine systems arranged on a shaft
The invention relates to a control device for combustion and steam turbine systems arranged on a shaft.
The different production facilities of the chemical industry, iron and steel works etc. The like. Need compressed air for their operation, which is exhausted as they pass through these systems in the form of exhaust gases that are heated to a considerably high temperature or enriched with combustible substances. Such systems can advantageously be combined with a combustion turbine whose compressor supplies the compressed air and whose turbine is driven with hot exhaust gases from these systems or in which the exhaust gases enriched with combustible substances are burned in the combustion chamber. The turbine drives the compressor and transfers the excess power to an electrical generator.
Industrial steam is also often needed and then such systems can be expanded by a steam turbine, which is arranged on a shaft with the combustion turbine and works as a start-up motor when the entire system is started up.
Steam-gas turbine systems with a boiler and two gas turbine units are also known. In order to control and secure the machine groups, control devices with two speed limit controllers are provided in these systems, each of which has its own machine group.
The invention, on the other hand, relates to a control device for combustion and steam turbine systems arranged on a shaft, which includes a unit for driving the generator and supplying compressed air to a technological device, in which only one speed controller forms a primary pressure-transmitting pressure oil circuit for actuating the pressure transducers of the individual control systems.
The essence of the invention in such a control device is that for the purpose of joint actuation of the combustion system and the steam turbine in the pipeline of the primary pressure-transmitting pressure oil circuit, three pressure transducers are connected in parallel so that the first pressure transducer receives the pressure of a first secondary pressure-transmitting pressure oil circuit to actuate one Air overflow valve, a second pressure transducer generates the pressure of a second secondary pressure-transmitting pressure oil circuit for actuating a fuel control valve and a third pressure transducer generates the pressure of the third secondary pressure-transmitting pressure oil circuit for actuating a steam control valve.
The invention is explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment which is shown in the drawing in the form of a schematic circuit diagram.
The system consists of a turbine --1--, a compressor - 2--, a back pressure steam turbine - 3--, a generator - 4 - and a start-up combustion chamber --5--. The output of the compressor - 2 - is separated from a technological device - 6 - by a slide - 7 -. The air supply to the start-up combustion chamber - 5 - is regulated by a remote-controlled slide --8--. In a pipe surrounding the valve

- An overflow valve 9 is arranged. The control system is hydraulic and works on the principle of a pressure-transmitting pressure oil circuit.
It is supplied with pressure oil, which is supplied by a pump -10-- via an orifice --11-- to a speed controller --12-- and to three pressure transducers -13, 14 and 15-via an orifice - 19- to one Fuel start-up valve --21-- and via an orifice -22- to an exhaust gas temperature regulator --23, 24-- in front of the turbine-l- and to the overflow valve --9--.
The control device works in the following way:
The speed regulator --12-- generates the primary pressure-transmitting pressure oil circuit --1-- behind the orifice --11--, which regulates the pressure transducers -13, 14 and 15-. Of the

When starting up the unit, the pressure of the primary pressure-transferring pressure oil circuit - the pressure of the control oil supplied by the pump --10-- is the same and the fuel control valve --21-- is activated by the pressure change in the second secondary pressure-transferring pressure oil circuit --111-- regulated by changing the pressure regulator - 14 -. The third pressure transducer --15-- is set so that at the nominal speed of the unit working with the start-up combustion chamber - 5 - with the fully open valve - 8 - and with the fully closed valve - 7 - the steam control valve - 18 - is closed or only opened a little for small amounts of cooling steam. The first pressure transducer --13-- is switched to the position allowing the overflow valve --9-- to close.
When the slide --7-- is opened, some of the air from the compressor outlet --2-- begins to flow into the technological device --6-- and when the slide --8-- gradually closes, this amount of air increases . The technological device -6 is put into operation and the exhaust gases flowing from it are mixed in the outlet part of the start-up combustion chamber --5-- with the exhaust gases emerging from this chamber or with the air after the fuel flow has been switched off, which fuel is mixed via the fuel control valve -21 - is fed.
As soon as the target air volume in the technological device --6-- is reached and the fuel supply to the combustion chamber --5-- is closed, the speed controller is switched to the position in which it sets the maximum speed in the event of a sudden
