   Das erfindungsgemässe Sinterhartmetall ist gegen Abschliff widerstandsfähiger als bekannte Sinterhartmetalle. Es kann somit vorteilhaft als Einbettungsmittel von Diamantspitzen in einem Kopf eines Gerätes zum Messen der Härte verschiedener Materialien, als Einbettungsmittel von Diamantkörnern bei Erzeugung   von Bohrwerkzeugen. z. B.   für   geologische Forschungen, als Einbettungsmittel   von Diamantstaub bei der Erzeugung von Abrichtschleifwerkzeugen u. ähnl. und überall, wo bisher die hohe Sintertemperatur die Anwendung von Sinterhartmetallen unmöglich machte, verwendet werden. 



    PATENTANSPRÜCHE :    
1. Sinterhartmetall, insbesondere für die Erzeugung von Diamantwerkzeugen, das ein Carbid   we-     nigstens eines der schwerschmelzenden Metalle der IV-VI Gruppe des Periodensystems und   wenigstens ein Metall aus der Gruppe der Eisenmetalle als Bindemittel enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es bis zu 5   Gel.-%   Phosphor enthält.

B. for geological research, as an embedding medium for diamond dust in the production of dressing tools and. similar and wherever the high sintering temperature previously made the use of cemented carbides impossible.



    PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Sintered carbide, especially for the production of diamond tools, which contains a carbide at least one of the refractory metals of the IV-VI group of the periodic table and at least one metal from the group of ferrous metals as a binder, characterized in that it contains up to 5 gel .-% contains phosphorus.
