vollkommen mit handelsüblichen Normkassetten überein, weist jedoch gegenüber diesen einen Durchbruch --3-- an der Kassettenunterseite auf. Dieser Durchbruch korrespondiert mit einem Signalkopf--4--des Tonbandgerätes, der über nicht dargestellte Verstärker- und Regeleinrichtungen über ein Kabel-5-mit einer Schmalfilmkamera-6-in Verbindung steht.
Mit--7-ist die Tonkopfgruppe des Tonbandgerätes-l-bezeichnet, die im Betrieb einer Ausnehmung --8-- der Kassette gegenüberliegt,--9 und 10-- sind die Dome für die Aufwickelspule der Kassetten, welche durch Öffnungen--11, 12- in diese eingreifen und die Aufwickel- bzw. Vorratsspule derselben antreiben. Das Tonband--13--liegt in der Ausnehmung --8-- sowie in zwei weiteren Ausnehmungen-14, 15--, welche dam Antrieb des Tonbandes dienen, frei.
Der Signalkopf --4-- ist auf einer Platine--16--angeordnet, die wie die Fig. 2 bis 4 zeigen, um eine Achse --17-- drehbar ist und durch eine Feder--18-in den Kassettenraum des Tonbandgerätes verschwenkt wird. Wird, wie in Fig. 2 dargestellt ist, eine Spezialkassette-2--, welche den mit dem Signalkopf-4--korrespondierenden Durchbruch-3-aufweist, in das Tonbandgerät eingelegt, so nimmt der Signalkopf -4-- seine Arbeitsstellung in der Kassette ein.
Wird hingegen eine Normkassette --19- in das Tonbandgerät eingelegt, so stösst die Kassette gegen den Signalkopf -4-- und verschwenkt diesen nach unten. Der Signalkopf nimmt die in Fig. 3 dargestellte Ruheposition ein.
Vielfach ist es erwünscht, die Betriebsbereitschaft des Tonbandgerätes in geeigneter Weise zu signalisieren oder mit der Funktion anderer Geräte, beispielsweise mit der Laufbildkamera zu verriegeln. Zu diesem Zweck ist an der platine -20-- ein erstes Kontaktstück --21-- vorgeshen (Fig.4). Die Platine trägt ferner an einem Isolierteil --22-- eine Kontaktfeder --23-- mit einem zweiten Kontaktstück --24--. Diese Kontaktfeder wird durch einen Stift --25-- gesteuert, der in den Kassettenraum des Tonbandgerätes ragt. Durch diese Anordnung wird gewährleistet, dass der durch die

Bei Einlegen einer Normkassette (ohne den Durchbruch--3--) nimmt der Signalkopf-4--und die Platine -20-- eine Ruhestellung analog zu der in Fig. 3 gezeigten Position ein. Das Kontaktstück-21-ist dabei nach unten verschwenkt und öffnet den genannten Schalter. Der Schalter -21, 24-- kann selbstverständlich auch dazu dienen, den Signalkopf sowie die zugehörigen Verstärker- und Regeleinrichtungen einzuschalten.
