undMit dieser erfindungsgemässen Lösung werden folgende Vorteile erreicht :
1. Die Verwendung der Vorrichtung ist ohne Abänderung der Sitzstangen in allen üblichen Käfigen möglich.
2. Sie ragt nicht über den Käfig hinaus.
3. Der Vogel kann nicht zum im Inneren angebrachten Gift gelangen.
4. Ein Nachfüllen des Giftes ist durch einfaches Abheben des Deckels möglich.
5. Die einfache Form erlaubt eine billige, serienmässige Herstellung.
In den Zeichnungen ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Fig. l zeigt die Vorrichtung im Schnitt, Fig. 2 in Seitenansicht, Fig. 3 die Ansicht vom Inneren des Käfigs aus und Fig. 4 die Ansicht von der Aussenseite des Käfigs. Das Hauptgehäuse --1--, aufgeschoben auf das Ende der Sitzstange--5--, wird abgeschlossen durch den Verschlussdeckel --2--, der dem Vogel den Zugang zum Gift versperrt und dessen zentrale Öffnung --4-- grösser ist als der Durchmesser der Sitzstange --5-- und für die Milben als Eingang zum Gift dient. Im Inneren des Hauptgehäuses --1-- kann eine übliche Einlage aus Stoff oder Filz-3- zum Anbringen des Milbengiftes untergebracht werden.
Die Vorrichtung wird zweckmässig nahe an den Drahtstäben-6-des Kä6gs angebracht, ohne diese zu berühren.

Innere der Vorrichtung. Um zum Vogel zu gelangen, müssen sie dabei die Giftzone auf der Einlage - -3-- überschreiten und werden hiebei vernichtet. Der Verschlussdeckel-2-dient gleichzeitig zum Schutz des Vogels und verhindert, dass dieser das Gift im Inneren der Vorrichtung erreicht.
