Kochgefäss mit mindestens einem Griff
Die Erfindung zielt darauf ab, bei einem Kochgefäss mit mindestens einem Griff, der gegen Erhitzung durch einen unterhalb des Griffes angeordneten, vom Kochgefäss abstehenden Abschirmteil geschützt ist,. denAbschirmteilso auszubilden, dass ein besserer Schutz als bisher erreicht wird. Die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abschirmteil in einem stumpfen Winkel gebogen ist, wobei die beiden Flächen des Abschirmteiles zum Griff gerichtet sind.
Der mitdemerfindungsgemässenKochgefäss verbundene Abschirmteil lenkt die aufsteigende heisse Luft vom Griff in einem solchen Masse ab, dass der Griff stets anfassbar ist, ohne dass dieser eine übermässige Länge besitzen oder mit einer wärmedämmenden Ummantelung versehen sein muss. Der Abschirmteil weist eine einfache, wohlfeil herzustellende Ausbildung auf und kann den Abmessungen und Formen der Kochgefässe und deren Griffe ohne Schwierigkeiten angepasst werden. Er kann auch noch nachträglich an ein fertiggestelltes Gefäss mit geeigneten Mitteln befestigt werden.
Inder Zeichnung sind Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Fig. 1 und 2 zei- gen Seitenansichten und Fig. 3 einen Schnitt nach der Linie III-III in Fig. 2 eines Kochgefässes, bei dem der Griff und der Abschirmteil ein Stück bilden. In den Fig. 4-6 sind Kochgefässe mit vom Griff getrennt angeordneten Abschirmteilen dargestellt und Fig. 7 und 8 zeigen Seitenansichten eines Kochgefässes mit einem besonders ausgebildeten Abschirmteil und Fig. 9 und 10 Abschirmteile für henkelartige Griffe.
Bei dem Kochgefäss nach den Fig. 1-3 besteht dessen Griff aus einem Tragteil 14, einem mit dem Gefäss verbundenen Befestigungsteil 13 und einem Abschirmteil 11. Der streifenförmige AbschirmteilistinLängsrichtung in einem stumpfen Winkel a gebogen, und die beiden Flächen lla, l1b sind zum Tragteil 14 gerichtet. Der etwa 8-12 mm lange Abschirmteil steht nach unten geneigt von der Gefässwand 22 ab, mit der er einen Winkel b von etwa 30 bis 400 einschliesst. Es werden jedoch noch gute Ergebnisse erzielt, wenn der Abschirmteil mehr vorragt oder horizontal angeordnet ist. Wie Fig. 2 zeigt, weist der Abschirmteil am freien Ende eine grössere Breite auf als im Bereich der Gefässwand, wodurch eine wirksamere Ablenkung der aufsteigenden Hitze erzielt wird.
Der Abschirmteil kann aber auch am Kochgefäss getrennt vom Griff angeordnet sein. Fig. 4-6 zeigen einen solchen unterhalb des Griffes angeordneten Abschirmteil 12.
Das Kochgefäss in Fig. 7 und 8 weist einen Griff 14 mit einer verbreiterten Befestigungslasche 15 auf. Dieser ist der unterhalb befestigte Abschirmteil 21 angepasst. In ähnlicher Weise können henkelartige Griffe durch Abschirmteile abgedeckt werden. In Fig. 9 ist unter der Befestigungslasche 18 des Henkels 16 der Abschirmteil 17 angeordnet. Henkelgriffe, die mit keiner gemeinsamen Befestigungslasche versehen sind, sondern wie der Griff 19 in Fig. 10 an jedem Ende eine Befestigungslasche 20 aufweisen, können durch zwei Abschirmteile 23 gegen Erhitzung geschützt werden.

Cooking vessel with at least one handle
The aim of the invention is to provide a cooking vessel with at least one handle which is protected against heating by a shielding part which is arranged below the handle and protrudes from the cooking vessel. to design the shielding part in such a way that better protection than before is achieved. The invention is characterized in that the shielding part is bent at an obtuse angle, the two surfaces of the shielding part being directed towards the handle.
The shielding part connected to the cooking vessel according to the invention deflects the rising hot air from the handle to such an extent that the handle can always be touched without it having to be excessively long or provided with a heat-insulating jacket. The shielding part is simple, inexpensive to manufacture and can be adapted to the dimensions and shapes of the cooking vessels and their handles without difficulty. It can also be attached to a finished vessel using suitable means.
In the drawing, exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown. 1 and 2 show side views and FIG. 3 shows a section along the line III-III in FIG. 2 of a cooking vessel in which the handle and the shielding part form one piece. 4-6 show cooking vessels with shielding parts arranged separately from the handle, and FIGS. 7 and 8 show side views of a cooking vessel with a specially designed shielding part and FIGS. 9 and 10 show shielding parts for handle-like handles.
1-3, the handle consists of a support part 14, a fastening part 13 connected to the vessel and a shielding part 11. The strip-shaped shielding part is bent in the longitudinal direction at an obtuse angle a, and the two surfaces 11a, 1b are to the support part 14 directed. The shielding part, which is about 8-12 mm long, is inclined downward from the vessel wall 22, with which it forms an angle b of about 30 to 400 mm. However, good results are still achieved if the shielding part protrudes more or is arranged horizontally. As FIG. 2 shows, the shielding part has a greater width at the free end than in the region of the vessel wall, whereby a more effective deflection of the rising heat is achieved.
However, the shielding part can also be arranged on the cooking vessel separately from the handle. FIGS. 4-6 show such a shielding part 12 arranged below the handle.
The cooking vessel in FIGS. 7 and 8 has a handle 14 with a widened fastening tab 15. This is adapted to the shielding part 21 fastened below. In a similar way, handle-like handles can be covered by shielding parts. In FIG. 9, the shielding part 17 is arranged under the fastening tab 18 of the handle 16. Handle handles which are not provided with a common fastening tab but, like the handle 19 in FIG. 10, have a fastening tab 20 at each end, can be protected against heating by two shielding parts 23.
