Fahrbarer Leistungsschalter
B. an Stützern einfahren.

Mobile circuit breaker
In high-voltage switchgear, especially switch cabinets, movable circuit breakers are used, which also serve as disconnectors, in order to make the system simple in structure by eliminating special voltage disconnectors and to be able to easily replace the circuit breakers. In the previously known circuit breakers of this type, mostly horizontally extending arms are connected to both the fixed and the movable contact piece. B. retract on supports. The protruding arms naturally require a larger space through which the depth of such control cabinets is not insignificantly increased.
The invention is based on the object of significantly reducing the space required by movable circuit breakers. In a mobile circuit breaker, in particular for switch cabinets, with a gaseous or liquid extinguishing agent acting within a closed switching path, this object is achieved according to the invention in that the movable switching element is located within a divisible switching chamber fastened to the chassis other component of the switchgear attached forms fixed contact. In this case, the movable contact piece itself represents a retraction contact of the switch, so that special separating arms are no longer required.
In order to bring the switch into a test position or to replace it, it is necessary that the switching chamber can be removed from the fixed contact piece when the switch is switched off. This is conveniently done by moving the switching chamber or the switch in a vertical direction, e.g. B. in that the whole switch is lowered down. But it is also possible to pull out the switching chamber horizontally or to tilt it or to lift the fixed contact piece from the switching chamber by means of an insulating rod.
The fixed contact piece is expediently attached to a busbar, which is preferably hollow and serves as an outflow path for the switching gases or the extinguishing agent. The hollow busbar can also serve as a feed path for the extinguishing agent if the design of the circuit breaker allows it. It is also expedient to provide cooling devices for the switching gases and check valves in the hollow busbars in order to avoid short circuits caused by strongly ionized switching gases between adjacent switches.
The fixed contact piece can also be designed so that it can be moved into a most favorable extinguishing position for the arc by the extinguishing agent. In this case it is z. B. held by a spring in the switched-on position and then moved against the spring force in the busbar by a certain amount during the switching-off process. In addition, guide means for securing the mutual position of the switching chamber and the fixed contact piece are expediently connected to the fixed contact piece. It can be advantageous to give the switch or the switching chamber a slight elastic mounting to compensate for the displacement of the fixed contact element caused by the action of heat.
When installing the switch in the system, it must also be ensured that all connections are made. An insulating body arranged laterally next to the switch is particularly suitable as a carrier for the electrical connection elements and the extinguishing and drive pressure medium connections.

In a further embodiment of the invention, the switching chamber can have a spring-loaded tube with a drive piston, after which, in the retracted position, the switching path for the extinguishing agent guide is closed before the arc is extinguished. Such an embodiment has the advantage that the switching path is open after disconnection, i. This means that there is no solid insulating material between the two contact pieces.
To further explain the invention, reference is made to an exemplary embodiment in the drawing, which shows a compressed gas switch.
The switch consists of the pressurized gas boiler 1, the switching chamber 2 and the drive part 3. To reduce the overall height, the switching chamber, which is designed as a structural unit, and the drive are set deep into the boiler 1. The fixed contact 4 is attached to the hollow busbar 5.
At the same time, it is designed so that, after the switch has been introduced, it guides the switching chamber 2 in such a way that a closed switching path is created. Within this busbar, coolers 6 are arranged, which deionize the switching gases to the extent that no flashovers occur between adjacent switches.
The movable switching pin 7 produces the current connection between the busbar 5 and the external connection 8 when switched on. The pipe connections 10-13 for the extinguishing and drive means are accommodated in the insulating body 9. The coupling of the switch connections to the supply pipes can take place, for example, by lifting the switch or the insulating body 9. After the switch has been switched off and lowered, the switching chamber can be separated from the busbar 5.
