Zuschneidewinkel

Cutting angle
The invention relates to a cutting angle for use in bespoke tailoring, consisting of an approximately triangular body with cutouts. This cutting angle is used to facilitate the production of cuts for all cutting systems.
A known cutting angle of this type requires several changes of position and calculations of various kinds in its application.
In addition, the various additional lines on the cut cannot easily be applied using the known cutting angle and must be drawn in separately.
The invention provides a remedy through a special design of the cutting angle. It consists in that the cutouts arranged at different distances from the long leg of the angled body are separated by rulers that run parallel to the leg and are delimited in parallel on both sides, with all cutouts having at least approximately the same directional boundaries to the associated outer boundary areas of the angled body.
The design according to the invention enables the cut as such to be made in one and the same operation, but at the same time also all additional entries, such as breast strips, pockets, plates and the like. like
Another advantageous feature of the subject matter of the invention is that the cutout closest to the long leg of the angled body is designed as a rectangle, the central cutout approximately in the shape of a non-isosceles trapezoid and the cutout furthest away from the long leg of the angled body is approximately in the shape of a triangle wherein the boundaries of the cutouts, which are approximately in the same direction for the oblique delimitation of the angular body, are formed by elongated curves.
Observations of the structure and the movements of the human body have resulted in a very specific order of magnitude for the coordinated rulers and cut-outs, which we will come back to in greater detail on the basis of the drawing showing an exemplary embodiment.
The rulers 1 and 2 of different lengths run perpendicular to one another from the corner 10 of the roughly triangular angle body, so that the outline of a non-isosceles right-angled triangle results with the inclined delimitation. The long leg 8, like the short leg 9, is provided with a centimeter graduation, which advantageously extends as far as the end points 11, 12 of the legs. In the exemplary embodiment, the long leg 8 has a length of 70 cm and the short leg 9 has a length of 40 cm.
Three cutouts 6, 7 and 19 run parallel to the long leg 8 of the angled body and at different distances from it. The cutout 6 adjacent to the long leg 8 is designed as a rectangle; its longitudinal direction runs parallel to the long leg 8. The central cutout 7 is formed by a trapezoidal trapezoid. The width of the ruler 1, which forms the long leg 8, is 5 cm in the exemplary embodiment. The ruler 2 of the short leg 9 is advantageously designed with the same width. The width of the rectangle forming the cutout 6 determined by the corner points 25 and 26 is 4 cm in the exemplary embodiment.
The ruler 4 formed between the inner longitudinal edge 20 of the rectangular cutout 6 and the outer longitudinal edge 32 of the trapezoidal cutout 7 has a width of 3 cm. The width of the trapezoidal section 7 is 6 cm, but the width of the ruler 5 adjoining it is only about 2 cm.
