Device with pull rope for the withdrawal of the for the production of
In-situ concrete piles used for the jacking pipe
The subject of the invention is a device with a pull rope for the retraction of the driving pipe used for the production of in-situ concrete piles on a ramming truck with a leader, one end of the retraction rope being intended to be attached to the driven end of the driving pipe, while the other end of this rope is via a first The inverted pulley block, which is arranged horizontally on the ram truck, runs, its tension member with the tension member of a second, also horizontally on the
Ram truck arranged block and tackle is connected, the pull rope can be wound on a winch drum.
An arrangement has already become known in which a rod provided with a drill head or correspondingly designed piles are screwed into the ground by means of a rotary movement. The rotary movement is transferred from the drive machine to the drill bit via a pulley block.
In the case of the first-mentioned arrangement, the propulsion pipe usually has to be pulled out over a very large length, with the use of a simple pulley block being insufficient. According to the invention, this difficulty is overcome in that two parallel pulley systems, each having a first and a second pulley system and a winding drum, are provided, which are intended to be attached to two diametrically opposite sides of the driven end of the propulsion pipe. This allows a sufficiently large retraction force in all cases, u. betw. without increasing the total stroke of the pulling device.
In a particularly advantageous embodiment of this device, only a single pull rope is provided for the second pulley block of both pulley systems, which leads from one winch drum through the second pulley block of one system and then over two pulleys through the second pulley block of the other system to the other winch drum.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the device according to the invention is shown schematically; FIG. 1 shows a top view of the device, and FIG. 2 shows a perspective view of the pulley blocks of the two pulley systems, which have a common pull rope.
On the platform of the pile driving vehicle, not shown, which has a leader in the usual way, two cable drums 1 a and 1 b are arranged adjacent to one another at a distance. A motor 2 serving to drive the drums of both cable winches is provided between the two cable winches la, lb. A pull rope 3 leads from the rope drum la over a first roller 4 of a first pulley system A of a first pulley system5; From the pulley 4 the pull rope is laid over a second pulley 5, then over a third pulley 6 and a fourth pulley 7 of this pulley block A and then leads over two pulleys 8 and 9 to the first pulley 10 of a first pulley block B of the second pulley system.
From the pulley 10 the pull rope 3 leads over a second pulley 11, a third pulley 12 and a fourth pulley 13 of this pulley block B and is wound with its end onto the second rope drum Ib. The rollers 5 and 10 are each connected to one roller 14 or 15 of a second inverted pulley block C or D of the two pulley systems. The traction ropes 16, 17 running from the pulley blocks C and D lead from a fixed end roller of the pulley blocks in question directly to the advanced end of the propulsion pipe 18 and are anchored to diametrically opposite points of the latter.
Since the propulsion pipe 18 is always more or less from its theoretical axis when driving
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
deviates or is pushed away, with two independent pulley systems at the two anchoring points of the retraction ropes, different tensile forces would occur, which would lead to uneven pulling out. But there, as described. If a common pull rope 3 is provided for the two pulley blocks A and B of the two pulley systems, it is achieved that both pulley systems A, C and B, D pull absolutely evenly, regardless of the position of the propulsion tube 18, since the different tensile stresses over the rope compensation automatically adapt to each other. The. Both pulley blocks C and D are designed so that they halve the tensile force and consequently the stroke of the second pulley blocks A and B.
