Leitvorrichtung für mehrstufige Dampf-oder Gasturbinen mit verschiedenen
Umlaufsgeschwindigkeiten.

Guide device for multi-stage steam or gas turbines with different
Orbital speeds.
If a Turbinenlanfkanal through a guide channel with a propellant, z. If, for example, steam or gas is applied and rotated at different speeds, the propellant emerges according to known laws with correspondingly different, absolute exit directions. Depending on the speed of circulation, there are then differently directed bundles of rays, e.g. B. I, 11, 77I, as shown in FIG. a means the turbine runner duct, b the guide device, while the arrow indicates the direction of rotation.
Figs. 2, 3, 4 contain the explanation for this phenomenon. It means iv the relative exit speed according to size and direction, c the absolute exit gas velocity and o the speed of rotation.
For ul = 0 (FIG. 2), the relative and absolute exit directions coincide and, assuming the same blade angles as in FIG. 1, the beam 1 (FIG. 1) is created. For a certain rotational speed uIIl (FIG. 4), vertical steam outlet cIII and the beam III (FIG. 1) are obtained. An intermediate value MI (FIG. 3) results in eIl and the beam II (FIG. 1).
This phenomenon occurs analogously with all turbines, which with different
Rotate speeds, i.e. especially with stationary turbines, for example with the Lolromotiv and ship turbines. While this phenomenon does not result in any further inconveniences in single-stage turbines apart from the losses when entering the barrel, it leads to multi-stage turbines, where the means exiting from the barrel channel to act on another impeller bozw. is used to repeatedly act on one and the same impeller, to further losses when entering this subsequent Loitvornehtung, if the cells (blades) are formed solely with regard to the normal speed of rotation.
The present invention aims and achieves the latter resistances in
To reduce entry into the second and the following loit devices and kens- is characterized in that the blades of such guide devices are not set in the same direction, but are shaped differently from each other that the first and last
Shovel, e.g. B. correspond to the borderline cases identified by FIGS. 2 and 4, while the shape of the remaining intermediate guide vanes forms the transition from one of these borderline cases to the other.
In FIG. 5, this invention is shown schematically in its application to a turbine formed by a multi-acted impeller. a is the impeller, b are the inlet cells, c is the second guide device, d are the blades of the
