Kraftspeicher

Energy storage
For switching over the taps of transformers, tap changers are used which are motor-driven by remote control. The task of these drives is to move the step switch one step further in response to a command. The movement of the diverter switch, possibly also the movement of the tap selector, is carried out indirectly by the motor
Using an energy store. The changeover must take place briefly and inexorably after it has been triggered. The energy storage device thus has the task of converting the constant back and forth drive movement into a sudden rotary movement for driving the load switch.
These energy stores can be built into the transformer tank together with the load switch and tap selector. For reasons of space, a compact assembly of the tap changer and diverter switch with the energy store and the drive motor is necessary. It is particularly advantageous if the drive and the output lie in one axis.
From the French Patent specification No. 1,212,266 discloses an energy storage mechanism in which the sudden rotary movement takes place over rolling edges that run in the form of waves. The rollers are attached to the ends of a driver lever. The disadvantage here is that the lever is not necessarily taken along properly by the driving fork. There is a risk that the driver will remain on the top of the roller edge due to the roller friction.
The invention relates to an energy storage device in order to convert a constant back and forth rotary drive movement into a sudden rotary movement; Both rotations, the drive and the output movement, take place in the same axis.
The invention consists in the fact that there is a first pipe piece that can be rotated about its central longitudinal axis, in the wall of which there are three axially parallel slots offset from one another by 1200, furthermore a star plate perpendicular to the axis mentioned is provided with three rollers offset by 1200, which in the Slits of the pipe section are displaceable, that furthermore the pipe section is supported against the star plate by means of a spring and a second pipe section is provided which can be rotated concentrically around the central axis with respect to the first pipe, the wall of which has undulating rolling edges at the top, with three waves offset from one another by 1200 on which three rollers rotatably attached to the star plate, offset by 1200, run and that at least the second pipe section has stops that restrict the rotation.
The invention is explained using an exemplary embodiment. A first pipe section 2, which has a base plate 2 a, is mounted rotatably about the central axis 1. For this purpose there is a shaft 15 which can be rotated in a bearing, not shown. The drivers 12 are used for the drive. Three axially parallel slots 3 are provided in the wall of the pipe section 2. These are offset from one another by 1200 each. A star plate 4 that is perpendicular to the axis of rotation 1 is provided with three rollers 5 also offset by 120. These rollers are displaceable in the slots 3 of the pipe section. This results in a non-rotatable guidance of the star plate 4 within the pipe section 2. A compression spring 6 is provided between the pipe section 2 or the base plate 2a and the star section.
A second inner pipe section 7 is connected via a base plate to the shaft 14, which is rotatable in a bearing (not shown). The drivers 17 are attached to this shaft. The pipe-

The mode of action is as follows:
If the pipe section 2 is rotated from the drive side via the driver 12, so that the
Lever 13 is moved in the direction of the arrow against the stop 10b, so the rollers 5 and thus the
Star plate 4 taken. The rollers 9 run over the inclined rolling edges 8 of the inner pipe section 7, since the pipe section comes to a standstill as a result of the stop of the lever 16 on the stop 11a. When the rollers 9 run up, the star plate rises, compressing the compression spring 6
Driver 12 applied turning work is stored in the compression spring. As soon as the lever 13 has reached the stop 10b, the roller 9 has passed the highest point of the wave-shaped rolling edge and has reached the part of the rolling edge that runs off again.
From this moment on, under the pressure of the spring 6, a torque is exerted on the pipe section 7 via the roller 9, with the result that the lever 16 is suddenly rotated from the stop at 11a in the direction of the arrow towards the stop 11b. At the same time, the drivers 17 rotate the device coupled therewith. The whole thing thus acts as an energy store. As a result of a relatively slow rotation beginning at 12, force is initially stored in the compressed spring 6, whereupon at the end of the rotation and the corresponding tension of the spring at 17, work stored in this way can be removed. After turning, the process can now run in the opposite direction.
In the opposite way, the drive can also take place on the driver 17 and the output from the driver 12.
The advantage of the energy store is that the drive shaft and the output shaft are on the same axis. One shaft can also be designed as a hollow shaft, while the other is built into it concentrically.
