Pre-bell for railway barriers.
In the device described in patent no. 20310, when the barrier is closed and the drive crank is turned back, there is an idle gear used to cancel the pre-ringing, which lasts until the two are connected to the winch and the barriers to couple the two Disc-serving block (q) is moved back by the lever (s) adjusted by the same in the annular grooves of the two discs and hits the lever from the other side for the purpose of adjusting it. Only then can the barriers be opened.
EMI1.1
Reverse the drive crank so that no time is lost and the transition across the track is possible immediately after the train has passed.
When the barrier is already open, further rotation then brings about the return of the block to its initial position, which is necessary to withdraw the pre-bell.
The drawing represents the device suitable for achieving this purpose
EMI1.2
is held in contact with a projection 4 on the stand a. On the other disk d, a projection 5 protruding towards the disk is attached. If in the case of the arrow
EMI1.3
the coupling of the latter to the disk, which is effected by means of the block q, is taken along for the purpose of closing the barrier, the parts have the position shown in FIG. Approach 5 and angle levers 1, 2 are continued in the same sense.
EMI1.4
the spring 3 can be pivoted so that its shorter arm 2 is moved into the path described by the extension 5.
If the turning movement causing the closing of the barrier has ended and the reverse rotation is started, the extension 5 hits the angle lever 1, 2 almost immediately afterwards, while the uncoupled disk f remains stationary, whereby the lever s also swivels and the corresponding pawl is triggered and thereby takes the pane y 'with it again, so that the barrier is opened.
EMI1.5
Leap. J dos stand, whereby his arm 2 is moved out of the path of the projection 5, which continues to rotate alone, while the lever 1, 2 and thus the disk f stop. With this backward movement, the # withdrawal of the ringing takes place.
