<Desc/Clms Page number 3>

By adjusting the working speed of the elevator, not only can the working speed of the lower section of the conveyor, which acts as a cross conveyor, be automatically adjusted, but the load on the ascending conveyor wall can be accelerated so that it arrives at the discharge end over the entire loading length behind the field loading machine this coupled trailer is thrown away. In this way, this wagon can gradually be loaded from the back to the front without any further assistance and packed relatively tightly.
An arrangement has proven to be a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention in which two conveying means rotating in opposite directions and having endless drivers are provided, since they bring the load lifted by the pick-up onto the conveying width of the
Contract the conveyor base and then move it up over the conveyor base to move it over the
Throw off the top of the floor.
In this embodiment of the invention, the axes of rotation of the guide means are approximately parallel to one another in the lower end of the conveying means, whereas the axes of rotation at the upper end of the conveying means are approximately coaxial.
The turning of the conveyor sections of the endless conveyor is expediently done in the direction from the lower deflecting axes to the upper deflecting axes downwards, so that their carriers, which are initially aligned approximately parallel to an inclined floor or trough, gradually align themselves downwards on the rising floor.
The twisting of the endless conveyors could, however, also be reversed in such a way that their conveying sections turn upwards with their drivers and engage through slots in the base or trough arranged accordingly to them.
It is also advantageous to let the height conveyor protrude so far beyond the upper edge of the sloping floor or trough that the crop has time to detach itself from the fast-moving conveyors in a free throwing path. This is favored if the drivers, viewed on the conveyor sections of the endless conveyor, are arranged inclined slightly backwards so that, as soon as the upper edge of the sloping bottom of the trough releases the crop, they easily withdraw from it in the conveying direction.
The driving tooth wedges can also be controlled by control means known per se in such a way that they assume a different conveying position in the area of the pick-up than at the discharge point.
Further details of the invention are described below with reference to the two exemplary embodiments schematically reproducing drawings. Show it :
1 and 2 show a preferred embodiment of the invention in side view and top view, FIG. 3 shows a top view of a possible second embodiment.
On the chassis 1 of a z. B. in a known manner from a rotating drum 3 occupied by driver prongs 2, the elevator is built fixed or interchangeable with other harvesting equipment. In the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, according to the invention, it consists of two side by side, e.g. B. over a sloping floor or trough 5 arranged rotating endless conveyors 6 in the form of belts, belts od.
Like., which are occupied with drivers 7 and which rotate at such a speed that their effective conveyor sections 6a moving in the same direction from bottom to top, the harvested crop conveyed up by them over the upper edge 5a of the floor 5 over the entire loading length of a not shown coupled trailer in Throwing away a free trajectory, up to the rear wall or the load that has accumulated in front of this, without the need for special workers to work on the trailer to distribute it.
The axes 8 and 9 of the lower drive or diversion disks 8 ', 9' of the endless conveyor 6 are perpendicular to the conveying direction of the elevator 6 and at such a distance from one another that the drivers 7. the crop from both sides of the width of the Push the pick-up towards the middle to the conveying width of the elevator 6. The axes 8 and 9 are mounted on a collecting table 10 on which the pick-up 2, 3 lifts the crop.
The. the two interacting sections 6a of the endless conveyor 6 could be arranged parallel to one another and the axes 11,12 of the upper deflecting rollers or disks 11'bzw. 12 ′ could also be aligned parallel or approximately parallel to the upright lower diverting axes 8, 9, see above
<Desc / Clms Page number 3>
that the drivers 7 move in parallel to the floor or trough 5 over this.
The conveyors 6 could also revolve outside of the trough 5 and their drivers could grip through slots in the side walls 5b of the trough 5 above its bottom,
In the preferred embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, which has proven itself in practice, the axes 11, 12 of the upper diverting rollers or disks 11 ′ and 12 ′ are offset by approximately 90 to the lower diverting axes 8 and 9, thereby creating the endless conveyor 6 are restricted, u. zw. In such a way that their carriers 7, which are directed towards one another, are initially approximately parallel to the sloping floor or trough 5 and oppositely directed on the conveyor sections 6a of the conveyor 6, gradually moving downwards onto the inclined
EMI3.1
towards the top, reduced, as shown in FIG. 2.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 3, only a single endless conveyor 6b forms the height conveyor, the conveyor section 6c of which lies opposite a fixed trough wall 5b. In this embodiment, a lower conveyor section 6d of the endless conveyor 6b is used as the cross conveyor, which for this purpose is guided around two lower deflection or drive rollers 14, 15 arranged at appropriate intervals and approximately in a plane parallel to the axial plane of the pick-up. The axis 16 ′ of the upper diverting roller 16 can likewise be offset from the axes 14 ′, 15 ′ in such a way that the endless conveyor 6b is also twisted in this case.
In this embodiment, the drivers 7a push the crop on the cross conveyor section 6d from the width of the pickup 3 to the conveyor width of the height conveyor formed by the conveyor section 6c of the endless conveyor 6b and the fixed wall 5d of the trough 5 on one side.
So that the harvested crop can detach itself from the height conveyor rotating at relatively high speed in a free throw path at the dropping point, the height conveyor 6 or 6b is led out over the dropping edge 5a of the sloping floor 5, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 to let. The detachment of the crop from the height conveyor 6 or 6b is further facilitated by the fact that the drivers 7 and 7a, viewed on the conveyor section 6a and 6c, are inclined backwards so that, as soon as the crop is removed from the upper edge 5a of the sloping ground is released, easily withdraw it from the crop in the conveying direction.
It may be desirable to give the drivers 7 and 7a a different effective conveying position in the area of the pick-up than in the area of the discharge point. In this case, known control means can be provided for controlling drivers, which give the drivers the desired control position at the relevant points.
Since crops of different weights and properties are recovered with such a field loading machine, it is advisable to provide known means by which the speed of rotation of the elevator 6 or 6b can be adapted to the respective acceleration requirements of the different crops.
In order to be able to change the throwing height and throwing distance of the height conveyor 6 or 6b if necessary, the discharge edge 5a of the sloping floor or trough 5 can belong to a part that is adjustable in height and lockable on this floor.
The direction of discharge can be regulated by means of adjustable guide plates on the side at the discharge point.
One or more than one endless, driver having revolving conveyor belt, which is set from one conveying level to another conveying level, can also be used advantageously as a height conveyor in such field loading machines where a special conveyor, e.g. B. od in the form of a screw conveyor. The like. Above the collecting table is provided, which pushes together the goods raised by the pick-up on the collecting table from the width of the pick-up to the smaller width of the elevator.
Finally, one or more than one endless revolving conveyor belt which has drivers and which is shifted from one conveying level to another conveying level can also be used as a stationary height conveyor for agricultural goods.
