Rückenlehne für Badewannen
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Rückenlehne für Badewannen, die den Zweck haben soll, das Anlehnen an die Wände der Wanne zu vermeiden. Solche Rückenlehnen sind in verschiedenen Ausführungsformen bereits bekannt. Hiebei werden dieselben oft mit Haken über den Rand der Badewanne gehängt, was wohl einfach ist aber den Nachteil hat, dass die Neigung und auch die Lage nicht verändert werden können. Andere Rückenstützen werden durch Sauger an den Wänden der Wanne befestigt, diese sind wohl verstellbar, im Wesen aber doch örtlich gebunden. Als Material verwenden diese bekannten Konstruktionen Blech oder Kunststoff in leicht gewölbten Formen.
Die oben umschriebenen Nachteile werden erfindungsgemäss dadurch vermieden, dass nächst dem oberen Rande der Rückenlehne zwei längliche Einschnitte vorgesehen sind, welche das eine Ende von in ihrer Länge verstellbaren, Schlingen bildenden Bändern aufnehmen, während das jeweils andere Ende der Bänder in zwei Haken oder Knöpfe einhängbar ist, die am Wannenrand angeordnet sind.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes im Aufriss (Fig. 1), im Seitenriss (Fig. 2) und im Grundriss (Fig. 3) dargestellt.
Die Rückenlehne 1 besteht aus einer leicht gebogenen Platte aus Metall oder Kunststoff, welche oben breit gehalten ist und sich nach unten verschmälert. Unterhalb des oberen, gewölbten Randes 2 sind zwei längliche Schlitze 3 angeordnet in die Bänder eingezogen werden, welche an Knöpfen oder Haken am Wannenrand angebunden werden können. Hiedurch ist jegliche Verstellmöglichkeit gegeben, sowohl hinsichtlich der Neigung der Lehne als auch hinsichtlich der Stelle innerhalb der Wanne, an der die Lehne gewünscht wird.
Die Bänder werden zu Schlingen gebunden, die grösser oder kleiner, je nach Erfordernis gehalten werden können. Als Material für die Rückenlehne kommt Metallblech, natürlich entsprechend überzogen, und Kunststoff in Frage.
Statt die Bänder zu binden, können zweckmässigerweise auch Schnallen verwendet werden, die leicht verstellbar und lösbar sind.

Backrest for bathtubs
The invention relates to a backrest for bathtubs, the purpose of which is to avoid leaning against the walls of the bathtub. Such backrests are already known in various embodiments. The same are often hung over the edge of the bathtub with hooks, which is probably simple but has the disadvantage that the inclination and also the position cannot be changed. Other back rests are attached to the walls of the tub by suction cups; these are adjustable, but essentially tied to one place. These known constructions use sheet metal or plastic in slightly curved shapes as the material.
The disadvantages outlined above are avoided according to the invention in that two elongated incisions are provided next to the upper edge of the backrest, which receive one end of adjustable, loop-forming straps, while the other end of the straps can be hooked into two hooks or buttons which are arranged on the edge of the tub.
In the drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in elevation (FIG. 1), in side elevation (FIG. 2) and in plan (FIG. 3).
The backrest 1 consists of a slightly curved plate made of metal or plastic, which is kept wide at the top and narrows down. Below the upper, curved edge 2, two elongated slots 3 are arranged into which straps are drawn, which can be tied to buttons or hooks on the tub edge. As a result, any adjustment is possible, both with regard to the inclination of the backrest and with regard to the location within the tub at which the backrest is desired.
The ribbons are tied into loops that can be made larger or smaller, depending on requirements. The material used for the backrest is sheet metal, naturally coated accordingly, and plastic.
Instead of tying the straps, buckles can also be used that are easily adjustable and detachable.
