Shawl
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Shawl, der eine Hülle aus Textilstoff und eine Einlage aufweist.
Es wurde bereits vorgeschlagen, Shawls, deren Hülle aus Seide besteht, mit einer Einlage aus Wolle od. dgl. zu versehen. Der Zweck dieser bekannten Ausbildung ist, zwei Vorteile - die Tatsache, dass Seide von der Haut angenehmer empfunden wird und dass Wolle gut wärmt-zu kombinieren. Der Nachteil dieses Vorschlages beruht aber offensichtlich darauf, dass dieses Gebilde ähnlich wie bei allgemein verwendeten Shawls keinen festen Körper besitzt ; als Folge kann leicht ein Verrutschen des Shawls eintreten, womit sein Aussehen unansehnlich wird.
Dagegen ist diese Erfindung dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einlage aus einem an sich bekannten Schaumstoff besteht. Der Erfolg der Erfindung ist vor allem darin begründet, dass der Shawl seine Lage beibehalten kann, formschön bleibt und gleichfalls wärmt. Einerseits gibt ihm die elastische Einlage die gute Façon, anderseits bewirkt die Elastizität, dass der Shawl den Hals umschliesst, ohne jedoch Kopf oder Hals einzuengen.
Die Erfindung wird anHand der Zeichnung erklärt, in welcher Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt sind. Es zeigen Fig. l eine Draufsicht auf den Shawl, Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt nach der Linie II - II der Fig. 1 und die Fig. 3, 4 und 5 Querschnitte durch andere Ausführungsformen des Erfindungsgegenstandes.
Wie aus Fig. l und 2 ersichtlich, besteht der Shawl aus einer schlauchförmigen Stoffbahn 1, in welcher eine Einlage 2 aus Schaumstoff vorgesehen ist.
Die Schlauchbahn kann aus jedem üblichen Material dadurch hergestellt werden, dass diese zu einer Hülle 1 zusammengelegt und an der Verbindungsstelle der freien Kanten, wie Fig. 3 zeigt,. mit einer Naht 3 verbunden wird. An Stelle dieser Naht kann auch, gemäss Fig.. 4, ein Reissverschluss 4 oder, wie Fig. 5 zeigt, eine Druckknopfreihe 5 vorgesehen sein. Die Einlage kann mit der Hülle fix verbunden werden, sie kann aber auch, insbesondere wenn der Shawl als Schlauchbahn ausgebildet ist, nur lose eingeschoben sein, wobei die Schlauchbahn in beliebiger Gestalt, etwa in Form einer Shawlkrawatte, hergestellt werden kann.

Shawl
The invention relates to a shawl which has a cover made of textile material and an insert.
It has already been proposed to provide shawls with a sheath made of silk with an insert made of wool or the like. The purpose of this known training is to combine two advantages - the fact that silk is more pleasant to the skin and that wool warms well. The disadvantage of this proposal is obviously based on the fact that this structure, similar to the commonly used shawls, does not have a solid body; as a result, the shawl can easily slip, making its appearance unsightly.
In contrast, this invention is characterized in that the insert consists of a foam known per se. The success of the invention is mainly due to the fact that the Shawl can maintain its position, remains elegant and also warms. On the one hand, the elastic insert gives it a good shape, on the other hand, the elasticity means that the shawl encloses the neck without constricting the head or neck.

As can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 2, the shawl consists of a tubular fabric web 1 in which an insert 2 made of foam is provided.
The tubular web can be made of any conventional material by folding it to form a cover 1 and at the junction of the free edges, as FIG. 3 shows. is connected with a seam 3. Instead of this seam, according to FIG. 4, a zipper 4 or, as FIG. 5 shows, a row of press studs 5 can also be provided. The insert can be fixedly connected to the cover, but it can also, in particular if the shawl is designed as a tubular web, only be pushed in loosely, the tubular web being made in any shape, for example in the form of a shawl tie.
