Holding device for objects, in particular sheet-like structures made of textile materials, plastic materials or the like.
The subject matter of the present invention is a holding device for objects, in particular sheet-like structures made of textile materials, plastic plastics or the like, consisting of a holding jaw made of rigid material, which has a recess with grooves, preferably a wider, flat and a narrow, deeply grooved groove or bulges or strips, as well as a clamping piece which can be clamped in the recess, is at least partially made of elastic material and has a cross-section essentially corresponding to the cross section of the holding jaw recess, which is encompassed by the holding jaw in the closed position and by being inserted causes a fixation of the planar structure in the holding device in the holding jaw as a result of the deformation of the clamping piece.
The usual holding devices, which are suitable for holding flat structures made of textile materials, plastic films or the like or objects made from them, such as clamps, fabric holders, clamp buckles etc. and which are based on the deforming clamping of elastic or slightly deformed formable inelastic clamping pieces are based (Austrian Patent No. 182842. K1. 34c), have disadvantages in some applications. So is z. B. their use for holding somewhat thicker sheet-like structures is not readily suitable, since z. B. Rubber wedges due to the strong
Deformation assume curvatures to the outside that they cause when pulling on the clamped material
Bring jumping out.
Also, because of the severe deformation, it is difficult to press in the clamping piece by hand, so that the pressure of the fingers is not sufficient to push the wedge into the
Press in holding jaws.
These disadvantages are avoided by the inventive design of the holding device, which also consists of two parts, the holding jaw and the associated clamping piece, and the special design of the holding jaw and / or the clamping piece enables easier handling and secure clamping of the material to be held guaranteed. The effect of the holding device according to the invention can be achieved by multiple folds counteracting the pulling direction and / or by increasing the adhesion, for example rough or sticky layers, such as coatings or paints on the parts of the device which come into contact with the objects to be held, can be increased significantly.
The holding jaw according to the invention, which optionally carries an attachment designed as an eye, hook or the like in a manner known per se, is on the throat with a flat cross-section with a gently rising or rising from the edge of the recess outwards and steeply inwards sloping flaps or bulges or provided with warts or tooth-like structures, while the throat, which is narrow in cross section, has a deeper depression, possibly with a narrowing of the opening or curvature of the holding jaw.
To make it easier to deform when it is pressed into the holding jaw, especially when using the holding device for thicker materials, the clamping piece according to the invention has a continuous cavity parallel to the grooves (grooves) in the thicker part and, if necessary, lateral longitudinal grooves. This design of the two elements of the holding device not only enables easier introduction of the clamping piece into the holding jaw, but also prevents the same from automatically jumping out of the holding jaw.
The part of the holding device designed as an eyelet, hook or the like and intended for hanging can also be arranged on the clamping piece instead of on the holding jaw. In this case, this suspension part has a bracket, the two free ends of which engage in the cavity of the clamping piece and which are flat in accordance with the cross section of the cavity of the clamping piece. When the bracket is positioned transversely in relation to the clamping piece, the two free ends shorten the clamping piece,
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
whereby both easier opening and closing of the holding device is made possible. The device according to the invention can be used for all purposes where it is a question of holding, for example, flat structures, such as fabrics, foils, in place by simple clamping, that is, also interchangeably.
As such, curtains, draperies, wall cladding, protective covers, but also aprons or the like come into consideration.
In the drawing, various embodiments of the invention are shown, u. Between FIGS. 1-3 diagrammatically show three variants of holding devices. 4 and 5 show an embodiment of the holding device in which the suspension eyelet is mounted in the clamping piece.
According to the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 1, the holding jaw 1 is formed from sheet metal, which has the narrow, deep groove la at the bottom and the wide flat groove 1b at the top under the holding eye lc.
The marginal edge Id of the throat Ib is formed by a bead which is produced by bending over the tab having the suspension eyelet 1c. The bead is designed to gently rise outwards for pressing in the clamping piece 2 at le and inwardly to hold the clamping piece 2 at 1f more steeply. The
The throat la is narrow and relatively deep, so that the flat structure, which is not shown, can only be pulled out of the throat la with difficulty.
The clamping piece 2, which is the planar
Presses the structure into the holding jaw or holds it in this, has a hose-like cavity 2a in its thicker area and is weakened in the area of the groove la by two longitudinal grooves 2b, so that the clamping piece can be deformed more easily and with the flat structure more easily into the Holding jaw 1 is insertable.
The holding jaw 3 according to the embodiment of FIG. 2 is similar to the holding jaw 1 from
Sheet metal formed; However, it points to the extent of the width of the hanging loop 3c in front of the wide flat throat
3b has a downwardly bent bar 3d, which is also formed gently and steeply rising inward from the edge 3e to the outside and holds the clamping piece 4, which has lateral grooves 4c in addition to the hose-like cavity 4a and the lower grooves 4b. The narrow, deep throat 3a is designed analogously to throat la.
In the embodiment of FIG. 3, the holding jaw z. B. from a synthetic resin pressed piece 5 with suspension eyelet 5c, the lower deeply recessed throat 5a has a narrowing 5g and the upper flat throat 5b for holding the clamping piece 6 has two wart-like projections 5d, which are also flat outward at 5e and steeper at 5f are. The clamping piece 6 has a cavity 6a and longitudinal grooves 6b.
In the case of the holding devices according to embodiments 1-3, the holding device is closed by pressing the clamping piece into the holding jaw, while opening is carried out in such a way that the clamping piece is pushed out laterally or pulled out with the clamped film.
The holding jaw 7 according to FIGS. 4 and 5 is designed similarly to the exemplary embodiments shown in FIGS. 1-3, but without a hanging loop. Here, too, the holding jaw 7 formed from sheet metal has a wide, flat groove 7b with a bent-down bar 7d which holds the clamping piece 8 in place. The groove 7a is also narrow and relatively deep in order to make it difficult to pull out the flat structure to be held. The suspension part 8c designed as an eyelet has a bow-like shape; the two free ends 8d, 8e of the suspension part 8c introduced into the cavity 8a are widened and have the same cross section as the cavity 8a of the clamping piece 8.
By placing the suspension eyelet 8c (FIG. 5) transversely in relation to the clamping piece 8, the elastic clamping piece is shortened as a result of expansion, which enables the clamping piece to be easily inserted into the holding jaw 7.
By erecting the suspension eyelet 8c, the holding device is closed and the structures to be held are clamped in a particularly easy manner.
In the holding devices according to the present invention, the sheet-like structure or the object to be held is held with the clamping piece in the holding jaw, the holding device being carried by a hook, a loop or the like via the holding eye.
