Kleiderbügel
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Kleiderbügel mit einem Kern, der von einer längsgeschweissten
Plastikhülle umgeben ist.
Nach der Erfindung ist bei einem solchen Kleiderbügel die längs der oberen Begrenzungsfläche des
Bügels verlaufende Schweissnaht der Hülle nach innen, d. h. gegen den Bügelkern zu gekehrt. Es wird da- durch erreicht, dass oben auf dem Kleiderbügel keine scharfe Kante entsteht, was zur Schonung der Kleidung beiträgt. Ausserdem erhält der Kleiderbügel ein gefälliges Aussehen. Die Form des Bügels spielt dabei keine wesentliche Rolle.
Bei einer besonderen Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist in der oberen Begrenzungsfläche des Bügelkerns eine über die ganze Bügellänge verlaufende Längsnut vorgesehen, in die die obere Schweissnaht der Hülle hineinragt. Durch diese Versenkung der Schweissnaht tritt eine weitgehende Schonung dieser Naht ein. Ausserdem wird die Oberfläche der Hülle weiter geglättet.
In der Zeichnung ist eine Ausführungsform der Erfindung als Beispiel dargestellt. Fig. 1 zeigt eine Seitenansicht des Bügels mit Plastikhülle und Fig. 2 die Draufsicht auf den Bügel. Fig. 3 ist ein Querschnitt durch den Bügel und Fig. 4 ist die Draufsicht auf den Bügelkern.
Der Bügel besteht aus dem Bügelkern 1, zwei Polstern 2, 2' sowie einer Plastikhülle 3.
Der Bügelkern 1 besteht zweckmässig aus Holz. Er kann aber auch aus Kunststoff oder einem andern Material bestehen. In dem Bügelkern ist oben eine Längsnut 4 vorgesehen. Die Polster 2, 2' sind auf die Seitenflächen des Bügelkerns l, z. B. durch Kleben, aufgebracht. Die Plastikfolie besteht aus zwei Hälften, die zusammengeschweisst sind. Die obere Schweissnaht 5 ist nach innen gekehrt ; sie ragt in die Nut 4 des Bügelkerns 1 hinein. Die untere Schweissnaht 6 ist nach aussen gekehrt.
Das Überziehen des Bügelkerns und der Polster mit der Plastikfolie geschieht in der Weise, dass zuerst die obere nach innen gekehrte Schweissnaht hergestellt wird. Dann wird die Schweissfolie nach beiden Seiten über die Polster 2, 2' geklappt, worauf die Folie unten mit der Naht 6 zusammengeschweisst wird.
Die Polster 2, 2' dienen dazu, dass Äussere des Bügels nachgiebig zu gestalten. Für das Wesen der Erfindung sind sie an sich nicht erforderlich, sie könnten daher auch weggelassen werden.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE :
1. Kleiderbügel mit einem Kern, der von einer längsgeschweissten Plastikhülle umgeben ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die längs der oberen Begrenzungsfläche des Bügels verlaufende Schweissnaht (5) der Hülle (3) nach innen, d. h. gegen den Bügelkern (1) zu gekehrt ist.
