Schreibstift, insbesondere Kugelschreiber

Pen, in particular ballpoint pen
The invention relates to a writing pen, in particular a ballpoint pen, with a lifting pin acting on the spring-loaded writing lead, wherein a rolling element, preferably designed as a ball, engages in the grooves of the displaceable lifting pin and the screw-type screw sleeve, preferably designed as a ball, the lifting pin or the writing lead by forced circulation The ball locks and unlocks from one detent position to the other and consists essentially in the fact that the outer screw-in thread of the clip screw sleeve is provided below the wall weakened by the ball guide groove incorporated on the inside.
In the case of a plastic design, it is expedient to manufacture the clip screw sleeve in a manner known per se from two parts that can be plugged into one another, the end walls of the side walls facing one another forming the groove. In this case, according to the invention, the lower part of the clip screw sleeve is reinforced in the shape of a dog to the outer diameter of the upper part in the piece lying outside its insertion area and the screw-in thread is provided there. The connection of the upper and lower part of the clip screw sleeve takes place either by gluing or, in the case of a plastic version, in that the two parts can be fixed and coupled by means of attachments and corresponding recesses arranged in their insertion area.
In the drawing, the object of the invention is shown, for example, in section.
The pencil lead (not shown), which is slidably mounted in the casing body 1 of the ballpoint pen and is under the influence of a helical spring (not shown), is connected to a lifting pin 3 guided in a closing sleeve 2 used as a clip screw and inserted in the casing body. With 4 the ball serving as the locking body is referred to, half of which are in the annular groove 5 running horizontally in the lifting pin 3 and half in an annularly closed guide groove arranged in the inner wall of the clip screw 2, two ball catches 7, 8 at different heights corresponding to the writing mine stroke 6 is performed. With 9 and 10 two diversion notches are designated. For easier manufacture of the clip screw sleeve provided with the guide groove, the latter is made in two parts.
The
Ball guide groove 6 is formed in that the plug-in part 2a of the upper part 2 and the plug-in part 12a of the lower part 12 have recesses 6a, 6b on the mutually facing annular end walls, each of which has two claws of equal height and oblique, offset by 1800 Have run-on track, the opposite
Claws are arranged offset from one another by 900. The detent 7 of the ball 4 for the rest position of the mine is located. in a vertical channel. The screw-in thread 13 of the clip screw sleeve is only in the lower part 12, u. between the collar-shaped outer part reinforced to the outer diameter of the upper part 2.
The described embodiment of the pen has the advantage that the wall thickness of the clip screw sleeve upper part 2, which carries the functionally important curve paths <"6b, does not experience any weakening of the wall thickness due to the thread. If the clip screw sleeve is made of plastic, the in If the lower part pushed into the upper part are not glued in, the insert part 12a of the lower part 12 is provided with wedge-shaped lugs 14 and with these the lower part is hung in the elastically expanding plastic sleeve of the upper part in corresponding recesses 15. The lugs 14 or recesses 15 can of course be reversed are also located in the upper part or lower part.
A two-part design of the clip screw for accommodating the screw-in thread only in the lower end could also take place in such a way that the clip screw jacket receives a larger bore at the top, into which the supplementary part is inserted from above. The horizontal groove 5 of the ball is arranged in the lifting pin 3. The two grooves 5, 6, each half leading to the ball, have side walls rounded off in the shape of a quarter circle, the radius of which corresponds approximately to the radius of the ball. For the use of the mechanism as a pressure mechanism, it is of decisive importance that rigid grease or some other similar substance is introduced into the guide grooves 5, 6 of the ball 4.
In this case, the grease is in no way used for lubrication, but the viscosity of the grease is used to prevent the ball guided in the guide grooves from being influenced by the
