Dübelartige Verankerungsvorrichtung
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine dübelartige Verankerungsvorrichtung zur Festlegung eines Ge- genstandes an einem andern, bei der eine aus Gummi od. dgl. bestehende und auf dem Schaft eines Bol- zens angeordnete Büchse sich gegen die Unterseite des Bolzenkopfes abstutzt und mit der Wandung einer
Aussparung in dem einen der beiden Gegenstände in Eingriff steht, wobei das mit Gewinden versehene
Bolzenende die Gummibüchse überragt und eine lange Mutter trägt, die eine längliche, mit Innengewin- den versehene Hülse von etwa demselben Aussendurchmesser wie die Gummibüchse im unbeanspruchten
Zustand aufweist und den zu befestigenden Gegenstand durchsetzt.
Solche Vorrichtungen lassen sich an Böden, Wänden und Decken aus Ziegel, Stein und Zement, ferner bei aus vorgespanntem Beton her- gestellten Schwellen u. dgl. anwenden.
Die Erfindung bezweckt, eine wirksame und gegen Gleiten des zu befestigenden Gegenstandes beson- ders sichere Verankerung zu schaffen. Dies erfolgt dadurch, dass die Mutter mit einer Schulter ausgebil- det ist, die an dem zu befestigenden Teil angreift, wobei vorzugsweise zwischen der mit Innengewinden versehenen Hülse der Mutter und der Gummibüchse ein glattes zylindrisches Zwischenstück von demsel- ben Aussendurchmesser wie die Hülse und die Gummibüchse in unbeanspruchtem Zustand vorgesehen ist.
Eine Ausführungsform gemäss der Erfindung wird an Hand der Zeichnung beschrieben, u. zw. zeigt diese eine Vorrichtung zur Befestigung etwa eines Spiegels od. dgl. an einer Wand im Längsschnitt. Der Schaft des mit einem zylindrischen Kopf 2 ausgestatteten Bolzens 1 trägt auf seinem gewindefreien Teil4 nächst dem Kopf 2 eine ihnaufgeschobene Gummibüchse 3. Im unbeanspruchten Zustand ist der Aussendurchmesser der Gummibüchse 3 annähernd gleich jenem des Kopfes 2 und der Innendurchmesser derart, dass die Büchse auf den
Schaft aufgeschoben werden kann.
Auf das Gewindeende des Bolzens ist eine Mutter 5 mit einer länglichen, mit
Innengewinden versehenen Hülse 7 und mit einem zylindrischen Kopf 6 aufschraubbar, der sich mittels einer
Schulter 6a gegen den Spiegel 8 od. dgl. zu befestigenden Gegenstand anlegt ; die Hülse 7 dieser Mutter 5 weist etwa denselben Aussendurchmesser wie die Gummibüchse 3 auf, während ihr Innengewinde zu den
Gewinden des Endteiles des Schaftes passt.
Im Kopf 6 der Mutter 5 ist ein Schlitz 9 zum Eingriff eines Schraubenziehers vorgesehen, damit die Mutter 5 auf den Bolzen 1 aufgeschraubt werden kann, dergestalt, dass dabei auf die Gummibüchse 3 ein axialer Druck ausgeübt wird und eine radiale Ausdehnung derselben bis zum festen Anpressen an der Wandung der in der Mauer gebildeten Aussparung erfolgt. Zusätzlich zum Schlitz 9 im Kopf 6 der Mutter 5 kann eine kegelige Lochung zum Einsetzen einer Glasperle oder sonstigen Schmuckes vorgesehen sein.
Die starren Teile der Vorrichtung können aus Metall oder sonstigem harten Material, z. B. aus wärmehärtbarem Kunststoff bestehen.
Gegebenenfalls kann zwischen der Gummibüchse 3 und der Mutter 5 ein glattes, zylindrisches Zwischenstück 10 angeordnet sein, das etwa denselben Aussendurchmesser wie die Gummibüchse 3 im unbeanspruchten Zustand aufweist.
