Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Verbundkörpers, wobei auf einen Formteil aus Kunststoff eine Folie aufgepreßt wird.The invention relates to a method for producing a composite body, a film being pressed onto a molded part made of plastic.
Verbundkörper, deren Abmessungen und statische Eigenschaften durch einen Formteil aus Kunststoff bestimmt sind, wogegen eine Dekorfolie das Aussehen definiert, werden zunehmend von Bedeutung. Dies gilt insbesondere für die Autoindustrie, wo beispielsweise Stoßfänger in Form derartiger Verbundkörper Verwendung finden. Besondere Vorteile würden sich jedoch daraus nicht ergeben, da die Herstellung des Formteiles 7 noch ohne Rücksicht auf die erfindungsgemäß erst später aufgebrachte Dekorfolie erfolgen kann. Nach Herstellung des Formteiles 7 wird die Form so rasch wie möglich geöffnet (Fig. 2) und eine Folie 5, welche zwischen einem offenen Rahmen 3 und einem an der Rückseite geschlossenen Rahmen 4 eingespannt ist, in die geöffnete Form eingebracht.
