Raucherartikel
Es sind Raucherartikel, insbesondere Zigarettenspitzen, mit zylindrischen aber auch kegelstumpfför- migen Wandungen des Rauchkanales bekannt, in die aus Filtermaterial in einer Hülle bestehende auswechselbare Filter einführbar sind.
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf derartige Raucherartikel und erreicht durch eine besondere Ausbildung, dass das Filter zur Sicherstellung einer guten Abdichtung nur dann in die Zigarettenspitze eingeführt werden kann, wenn beide Teile in einer bestimmten Stellung sind.
Der erfindungsgemässe Raucherartikel kennzeichnet sich dadurch, dass die Hülle des Filters zur Gänze mit Filtermaterial gefüllt ist, über den grössten Teil des Artikels reicht und dass das gegen das Mundstück gerichtete Ende des Filters sich verjüngt, im Querschnitt abgeflacht ist und ip der Hüllenaussenwandung entsprechend gestalteten Kanalteil bis in die Nähe des Mundstückes reicht.
Weitere Ausbildungen des Raucherartikels ergeben sich aus der folgenden Beschreibung und die darauf gerichteten Ansprüche gelten ausschliesslich nur im Zusammenhang mit den Merkmalen des Hauptanspru- ches.

Die Zigarettenspitze besteht aus einem zweiteiligen Mantel 1, von dem der an einem Ende befindliche Teil 2 in das verjüngte Mundstück 4 übergeht und am andern Ende eine Verlängerungshülse 5 trägt.
Der hülsenartige Mantelteil 3 ist bei 6 leicht konisch, nimmt das Zigarettenende auf und ist mit einer Ausstossvorrichtung mit Lamelle 7 in einer Hülse 8 mit Schlitzen 9 für diese Lamelle versehen.
Das Filter 10 aus einer Hülle 11, vorzugsweise aus Kunstharz, ist zur Gänze mit dem Filtermaterial 12, z. B. Kieselsäuregel, gefüllt und durch einen Pfropfen 13 mit Rauchdurchzugsoffnungen 14 abgeschlossen. Das Filter weist einen leicht kegelstumpfförmigen Körper auf, der zwischen Schultern 15 und 16 des Mantels liegt. Der Rauchkanal besitzt eine kegelstumpfförmige Innenwand 17 und die Hülle 11 ebenfalls einen entsprechend kegelstumpfförmigen Teil 18. Die Teile 17 und 18 bilden die Abdichtung zwischen Mantel 1 und Filter 10, wenn dieser in die Zigarettenspitze eingebracht ist.
Wie aus den Fig. 2, 3 und 4 des weiteren hervorgeht, verjüngt sich das gegen die Mündung 4 gelegene Filterende 10 bei 19 und ist dort abgeflacht ; das verjüngte Ende 19 des Filters 10 weist zwei sich gegenüberliegende Seiten 20 auf, die im wesentlichen flach sind und zusammenlaufen. Die Innenwand des Rauchkanales ist seitlich bei 21 in der Nähe des Mundstückes 4 ausgespart, um das verjüngte Ende 19 des Filters 10 aufzunehmen. So entspricht der Querschnitt des Rauchdurchlasses am Ende 22 des Filters im wesentlichen dem Querschnitt des Rauchkanales des Mantels 1 unterhalb des Filters 10.
Fig. 4 zeigt ein Stützkreuz 23 im Innern des Endes 22 des Filters 10, um das Filtermaterial 12 zurückzuhalten. Eine Brücke 24 im Mundstück 4 verstärkt diese Wirkung.
Das Filter 10 wird in den Teil 2 so eingeschoben. dass die Planfläche 20 des Filters mit den Planflächen 25 des Rauchkanales zusammenfallen. Die Länge der Hülle 11 des Filters 10 ist so gewählt, dass ein Teil 26 der Hülle 11 über die Verlängerung 5 des Teiles 2 ragt, sobald sich das Filter 10 in dem das Mundstück 4 tragenden Teil 2 befindet ; dabei stützt sich die kegelstumpfförmige Schulter 15 gegen den Abschlusspfropfen 13 und sichert die abdichtende Stellung des Filters 10 im Teil 2.
Selbstverständlich könnte diese besondere Bauweise des Rauchkanales und des dazugehörigen Filters

für einen andem Raucherartikel, etwa für eine Zigarrenspitze oder Pfeife, angewendet werden.
Zahlreiche Abänderungen des Raucherartikels sind denkbar. So könnte die Brücke 24 wegfallen und die Hülse 3 auf die Verlängerung 5 aufgeschraubt werden. Die Form des Filterquerschnittes in seinem verjüngten Teil 19 könnte irgendeine andere Form aufweisen, soferne nur das Filter genügend weit eingeschoben werden kann. Ein Vorteil des Raucherartikels nach der Erfindung liegt auch in der Steigerung der Menge des Filtermateriales infolge der Verlängerung des Filters 10 in Richtung des Mundstückes 4.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE :
1. Raucherartikel, insbesondere Zigarettenspitze, mit einem ein eingeführtes, auswechselbares Filter, bestehend aus Filtermaterial in einer Hülle, enthaltenden Rauchkanal, von dem mindestens ein Teil seiner Innenwandung, desgleichen ein Teil der Hullenaussenwandung gleich ausgebildet, im wesentlichen kegelstumpfförmig sind und bei eingeführtem Filter eine Abdichtung gegenüber dem Rauchkanal ergeben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülle (11) des Filters (10) zur Gänze mit Filtermaterial (12) gefüllt ist, über den grössten Teil des Artikels reicht und dass das gegen das Mundstück (4) gerichtete Ende (19 bzw.
22) des Filters sich verjüngt, im Querschnitt abgeflacht ist und im der Hüllenaussenwandung entsprechend gestalteten Kanalteil bis in die Nähe des Mundstückes reicht.
