<Desc/Clms Page number 2>

Working platform that can be moved on rails for tunneling and expansion work in pit or tunnel construction
With the advancing development of underground mining technology, the use of steel pits has found increasing use, but the cross-sections of the pit spaces to be driven have also become larger and larger. This applies both to the cross-sections of routes and to large areas for special purposes. The construction of larger cross-sections naturally requires more complicated working methods than those required for the construction of small cross-sections. The introduction of the expansion and all related work with large cross-sections make the erection of a working platform necessary in order to cope with the height differences during work.
Even with less large cross-sections, a working platform primarily facilitates those work that has to be carried out in the ridge of the mine construction in question, and thus increases profitability.
Simple, fixed stages are built from different materials and have been known for a long time. A number of special constructions for fixed and mobile working platforms are also known. The mobile working platforms allow the platform to be carried along automatically as the expansion progresses, but they have the major disadvantage that, regardless of whether they run on normal pit tracks with wheels or are mounted on crawler tracks, they always have part of the floor on the floor of the relevant pit construction available, take up the space.
This space is lost for other equipment required, such as loading machines, drilling trucks, as well as for the wagons to be loaded, etc., making cumbersome shunting movements necessary and making work in the advance more difficult.
The also known, suspendable working platforms that move with the advance have the disadvantage that the loosening of the suspension, the dismantling of the platform, the forward movement and the re-fastening are very cumbersome.
The invention avoids the disadvantages of these known working platforms, and it is made possible to adapt the working platform, which can be moved as required, to all cross-sections without difficulty.
This is achieved essentially in that in the inventive. Rails movable work platform for driving and expansion work in pit or tunnel construction, the platform rails are suspended above the base on both sides on pit lining elements arranged one behind the other. Conveniently, the rails overlap the castors attached to the side of the platform above and below, with at least two of the rollers in question being mounted one behind the other on the frame of the platform at a certain distance from their front edge. In order to be able to lock the work platform at any point, according to a further embodiment of the invention, at least one locking device that can be braced with one of the running rails, z.
B. an eccentric is provided. Furthermore, the side supports of the stage frame can be connected to one another by telescoping tubes.
An embodiment of the invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to the drawings. 1 shows the working platform according to the invention in a front view, FIGS. 2 and 3 illustrate details of the platform.
The working platform J? has a supporting structure made of two steel tubes 2 lying one above the other on both side edges. These two outer girders 2 are connected to one another several times by two steel tubes 3 and 4 which can be shifted one inside the other, the ends of which are attached to the steel tube structure 2. By means of a lock 5, the tubes 3 and 4, which can be displaced one inside the other, can be locked to one another in the respectively desired relative position, which determines the width of the working platform. The tubes 3 and 4 form the supports for the actual stage 6, which can be implemented as desired, e.g. B. using wooden planks, sheets or other plates.
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
On the lateral tubular structures 2, two or more running gears 7 are attached in their rear section (FIG. 2), which run in a hanging rail 8 of U-shaped cross section. By means of an eccentric 9 with an operating handle (FIG. 3), the lower part of the rail 8 can be pressed against the chassis 7 and thus the platform can be locked.
The rail 8 is provided at regular intervals with protruding plates 10 provided with holes, which, for. B. by means of two turnbuckles or telescopically displaceable and lockable devices 11, a fixed suspension of the rail on the expansion arches 12 allow.
Working with this stage is very easy. FIG. 2 shows a longitudinal section through a section with a stage according to the described embodiment of the invention.
As soon as the expansion arches 12 have been introduced, any number of rail sections 8 can be suspended from them. In these rails roll the chassis 7 of the work platform 1, which is shown in the forward position, in which the rear. ere section 13 of the stage has moved up to the end of the last rail section, where a lock or stop 15 prevents the stage from continuing. In this position, the front section of the stage extends z. B. cantilevered two meters in the not yet developed space.
After releasing the eccentric 9, the working platform can easily be moved by hand or with a pull rope.
When new extension arches 16 have been introduced, a new piece of rail, which is normally removed from the rear end of the track, can be hung up and the working platform can then be moved further forward accordingly.
There is also the possibility of designing the front section of the stage in such a way that it serves as a temporary extension and when driving this section into the as yet undeveloped space, saving the pre-pledging, enables work such as loading work in the cross-section of the route below the stage .
