Abstract

  Die Erfindung dient zum Be- und Entladen von Schachteln aus einer verschiebbaren Palette. 



  Das erfindungsgemässe Gerät ist eine Anlage, welche die Schachteln von einem Fliessband aufnimmt mittels einer kurzen Zwischenrollbahn, die sich zwischen der Hauptrollbahn und dem Be- und Entladegerät befindet. Die dem erfindungsgemässen Gerät zugeführten Schachteln werden durch eine Steuereinrichtung in eine Palette eingeordnet. Die Zwischenrollbahn ist fix an der Hauptrollbahn angeordnet und die Palette wird mittels einer mechanischen Einheit (ähnlich einem Stapler) vertikal und schrittweise horizontal bewegt, um so die Palette etagenweise mit Schachteln zu befüllen oder zu entleeren. 



  Die Schachteln werden in der Palette nicht übereinanderstehend angeordnet, sondern es wird jede einzelne für sich auf einem Doppelrahmen abgestellt. 



  Die Fig. 1 zeigt eine Vorderansicht und Fig. 2 zeigt eine Draufsicht des erfindungsgemässen Gerätes. 



  In Fig. 1 ist eine Palette 1 gezeigt, die bereits in Etagen mit mehreren Reihen Schachteln beladen ist. Die mechanische Einheit 2 wird über Linearführungen A geführt und mittels Zahnrad, welches mit der Zahnstange B verbunden ist, angetrieben. Die Hubachse 3 besteht aus einer Linearführung und wird über Zahnriemen C angetrieben. Über die Aufnahme 4 wird die Palette gehalten und über das Entleerband 5 gehoben. 



  Die mechanische Einheit führt so lange vertikal auf der Hubachse, bis eine Reihe Schachteln auf dem Förderband zu stehen kommt. Die Reihe wird nun abtransportiert. Dieser Vorgang wiederholt sich so lange bis eine Reihe der Palette leer ist. 



  Nun fährt das erfindungsgemässe Gerät weiter bis zur nächsten Reihe und der Entleervorgang beginnt von neuem. 



  Der Arbeitsgang erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge, wenn die Palette mit Schachteln beschickt wird.

  The device according to the invention is a system which picks up the boxes from an assembly line by means of a short intermediate roller conveyor, which is located between the main roller conveyor and the loading and unloading device. The boxes fed to the device according to the invention are arranged in a pallet by a control device. The intermediate roller conveyor is fixed to the main roller conveyor and the pallet is moved vertically and step-by-step horizontally by means of a mechanical unit (similar to a forklift), so that the pallet can be filled or emptied one by one with boxes.



  The boxes are not arranged on top of each other in the pallet, but each one is placed individually on a double frame.

  In Fig. 1, a pallet 1 is shown, which is already loaded on floors with several rows of boxes. The mechanical unit 2 is guided over linear guides A and driven by means of a toothed wheel which is connected to the rack B. The lifting axis 3 consists of a linear guide and is driven by toothed belt C. The pallet is held over the receptacle 4 and lifted over the emptying belt 5.



  The mechanical unit runs vertically on the lifting axis until a row of boxes comes to rest on the conveyor belt. The row is now removed. This process is repeated until a row of the pallet is empty.



  Now the device according to the invention continues to the next row and the emptying process begins again.



  The process is carried out in the reverse order when the pallet is loaded with boxes.

Claims: 1. Device for loading and unloading boxes or the like. From an assembly line on a pallet, characterized in that a pallet (1) is equipped with several rows and floors with double frames that a mechanical unit (2) Linear guides (A) and driven by a gear wheel that is connected to a rack (B), that the lifting axis (3) consists of a linear guide and is driven by toothed belts (C) and that the pallet via the receptacle (4) is held and lifted by means of the emptying belt (5), whereby the boxes or the like can be removed from the pallet or layered into the pallet.
