Kunststoffen) besitzen.

Window. or door frame
The invention relates to window or
Door frame, consisting of a plastic casing and a concrete filling arranged in this, as well as rod-like, metallic inserts.
Are known frames respectively. Components made of reinforced or non-reinforced concrete that are completely or partially covered with elastic material (including plastics). In all of these versions, the
Solid concrete frame, possibly together with the metal bars as reinforcement, the static
Support body.
In contrast to this, the invention proposes that the frame-like elements arranged within the plastic jacket be joined together
Inserts are only surrounded by concrete at the corners or on two opposite side parts and the rods are enclosed by pipes at the points that are not exposed by concrete.
The static functions are thus carried by the metal insert, while the partially concrete filling is used exclusively for stiffening purposes.
The subject matter of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment in the schematic
Drawing illustrates.
1 shows a section along a central plane B-B 'of a part of the frame, FIG. 2 is the section along A-A' in FIG.
In which, made of thermoplastic such. B. polyvinyl chloride, the existing outer jacket 1, the inner frame parts 2, 2 'are arranged, for which steel is preferably used. These inner frames 2, 2 'are embedded in concrete 3 at the four corners. The concrete has the task, the frame the necessary one
To give strength.
The inner frames 2, 2 'are attached to the not in
Concrete embedded places of metal pipes
4, 4 ', which complete the frame and hold the inner frame parts 2 and 2' together.
The two inner frame parts 2 and 2 ′ can be connected in places within the concrete 3 by means of metallic casings 5.
This also makes it possible to produce a composite frame by not designing the inner frame parts 2 and 2 'to be circumferentially closed, but instead assembling them from parts that are connected and held together by the pipes 4 in the desired position at the parts protruding from the concrete 3 .
Such a design allows dimensional changes to be made to the frame in a rapid manner. Only the jacket 1 has to be adapted to this dimensional change. The adaptability to different dimensions makes it possible to manufacture the window or door frame in series, at least as a semi-finished product.
It is of course assumed that the details of the execution of the frame can also differ from that described in the example given without going beyond the inventive concept.
In particular, the arrangement of the concrete will be able to extend on two sides of the frame. The inner frame 2, 2 ′ can also consist of circumferentially closed profile rods or can only be changed in one dimension.
The frame according to the invention is easy to manufacture and at low cost and, in addition to a perfect design of the surface, also offers favorable properties with regard to service life, strength and protection against external influences.
