Drive, in particular for electric switches
When driving, especially electric
Switching devices, the switch movement is often taken from a shaft, whose
Speed is constant. But this is; also the switch speed at each
Switch position the same while in this
If there is a change in speed, in particular e.g. B. an increase in the switch speed at the moment of the off or.
Switching on would be desirable. It is also z. For example, with signaling switches, it is necessary that most of the movement is transmitted at approximately the same speed, but in sections a certain small angular path of the driving axis is relatively large
Corresponds to angular path on the driven axis.
The subject of the invention is a drive, in particular for electrical switching devices, which, with a simple structure, enables the conversion of a uniform rotary movement into one with a changing angular speed. According to the invention, the coupling rod for the switch drive acts on a preferably two-armed lever which is on one with the
Drive shaft connected part (crank arm) is rotatably mounted, the two-armed lever on part of the path of the crank arm in its relative position to this, for. B. by a
Spring, held in place and advantageously adjusted on a further part of the way by a fixed stop relative to the crank arm, whereby the speed of the switch drive is changed.
Further details of the invention are explained using a signaling switch drive shown for example in the drawing.
The drive shaft of a circuit breaker, rotated at a uniform speed, is denoted by 1, the cutting knife 11 of which is only indicated in the drawing. 2 is a signaling switch which is coupled to the disconnector to display the respective position of the disconnector. For this purpose, a crank arm 3 is attached to the shaft 1, which carries a two-armed lever 4 rotatably mounted on it about the bolt 10, at one end of which the coupling rod 5 engages the drive arm 6 of the signaling switch. The lever 4 is held in its position relative to the arm 3 by the spring 7 attached to the lever 3 or 4.
In addition, a fixed stop 8 is provided against which the end 9 of the lever 4 opposite the coupling rod drive strikes when the crank arm 3 is adjusted accordingly.
Signaling switch 2 is operated as follows: If the disconnector is in
Moving the closing direction (as indicated in the drawing by an arrow), the
The crank arm 3 is pivoted against the fixed stop 8. The lever 4 held by the spring 7 transmits the movement to the drive arm 6 of the signaling switch through the coupling rod 5, so that its axis is proportional to the movement of the disconnector
Angular velocity is rotated.
Against
At the end of the switch-on movement, the two-armed lever 4, as indicated by dashed lines in the drawing, strikes the fixed stop 8 with its end 9 opposite the coupling rod drive and is thereby, against the action of the spring 7, in its relative position
Adjusted position to crank arm 3. This increases the speed of the coupling rod 5, which is then proportional to the sum of the angular speeds of the axis 1 and the axis 10 of the lever 4. The change in speed is determined by the
The ratio of the arm lengths of the two-armed lever 4 influences; a shift in the point in time at which the increased speed begins can be made possible by the adjustable design of the stop 8.
When the disconnector is switched off, the individual sections of the drive movement take place in reverse order, with the spring 7 returning the two-armed lever 4 to its original position relative to the crank arm 3. Instead of the spring 7, a locking of the lever 4 against the crank arm 3 could also be used, which is switched off when the lever hits the stop 8, but then separate provision would have to be made for the return of the lever to its starting position on the way back. The spatial location of the signaling switch 2 is of no essential importance; B. be in the same alignment with the axis of the circuit breaker 1.
