Wirksamer Weicheisenkörper für elektrotechnische Erzeugnisse
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft die aktiven Weicheisenkörper für Elektromaschinen, Transformatoren und Apparate. Es werden bei Maschinen, Transformatoren, Apparaten, auch für Starkstrom, die Eisenkörper anstatt aus Blechen aus zerkleinertem, gegebenenfalls besonders legiertem, mit einem Bindemittel gemengten Eisenwerkstoff hergestellt. Es wird hiezu ein in der Wärme aushärtendes Kunstharzbindemittel verwendet. Das Gemenge wird unter hohem Druck in einer entsprechenden Stahlform gepresst und in der Wärme ausgehärtet, wodurch die Presslinge sowohl grosse mechanische Festigkeit als auch eine kleine Eisenverlustziffer bei guten magnetischen Eigenschaften erhalten.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist, die durch den Pressvorgang gegebenen Vorteile technologisch zur Verbilligung weiter auszunützen, indem Wicklungsteile, Wellen und Befestigungsteile im gleichen Pressvorgang mit eingepresst werden, so dass ein Teil der Zusammenbauarbeiten schon im Pressvorgang enthalten ist. Bei Transformatoren und Apparaten ist es besonders notwendig, auch Befestigungsmöglichkeiten im
Gehäuse oder auf der Grundplatte vorzusehen, welche vorteilhafterweise mit einem mit ein- gepressten Kantenschutz verbunden werden können.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE : l. Wirksamer Weicheisenkörper für elektrotechnische Erzeugnisse, der aus einem unter Druck und Wärme verfestigten Gemenge aus zerkleinertem, gegebenenfalls besonders legiertem Weicheisenwerkstoff und einem Bindemittel besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Wicklungen oder Wicklungsteile, Wellen oder Befestigungteile mit eingepresst sind.

The present invention relates to the active soft iron bodies for electrical machines, transformers and apparatus. In machines, transformers, and apparatus, including those for high-voltage currents, the iron bodies are made from crushed, possibly specially alloyed iron material mixed with a binding agent instead of sheet metal. A thermosetting synthetic resin binder is used for this purpose. The mixture is pressed under high pressure in a suitable steel mold and hardened in the heat, whereby the pressed parts receive both high mechanical strength and a small iron loss ratio with good magnetic properties.
The object of the invention is to further exploit the technological advantages given by the pressing process to make them cheaper by pressing in winding parts, shafts and fastening parts in the same pressing process so that part of the assembly work is already included in the pressing process.
