Anchoring of the buffer mechanism in the buffer sleeve of sleeve buffers
The invention relates to an advantageous way of anchoring the buffer mechanism, which forms a closed unit, in the buffer sleeve of sleeve buffers by means of adjustable anchor pieces in order to achieve a corresponding wear compensation of the buffer mechanism, the buffer sleeve base plate and the anchor bolt.
It is known to provide anchor pieces for the purpose of anchoring the buffer mechanism in the buffer sleeve, which are guided through recesses arranged in the buffer sleeve above the buffer sleeve base plate and stored in them, these anchors being readjusted in the longitudinal direction of the buffer. The main disadvantage of this known construction is that, as a result of insufficient and inappropriate storage, premature wear and, especially in the event of impacts, loosening of the anchor pieces occurs.
According to the invention, this disadvantage is remedied by the fact that the anchor bolt is guided longitudinally displaceably in a bearing housing placed on the outside of the buffer sleeve and connected to it, apart from in a recess of the buffer sleeve corresponding to its cross section, and is adjustable by a wedge-shaped member penetrating the housing.
The arrangement according to the invention ensures that the anchor piece is immovable and is adequately and appropriately fixed
Guided the same achieved and at the same time allows a simple, even the smallest mass compensating readjustment. The anchor bolt is covered by the bearing housing and thus protected against damage.
The wedge penetrates the bearing housing and either lies in a corresponding recess of the same penetrating the anchor bolt or it rests against its end face.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of an anchoring designed according to the invention. 1 shows the anchoring in the
Longitudinal section, FIG. 2 a section along the line II de-F ', d FIG. 3 a cross section along the line II-II of FIG.
The buffer sleeve 1 has a circular shape
Recess 2, to which a bearing housing 3 adjoins on the outside, in which the anchor bolt 4 is mounted and guided, displaceable in its axial direction. The bearing housing 3 is penetrated by a riving knife 5, the inclined wedge surface 6 of which rests against the end surface of the bolt 4, which runs with the same inclination.
The end of the anchor bolt 4 opposite the wedge surface and causing the anchoring and protruding into the inside of the buffer is curved in its part 7 below the central axis according to a cylinder with a horizontal axis and lies on a surface 8 of the base plate 9 which is also curved according to a cylinder with a horizontal axis of the buffer mechanism, with the end surface of the bolt 7 curved in this way rests against the curved surface 8 of the base plate 9 in such a way that when the bolt is readjusted by driving in the wedge, these two elldfiÅachen are pressed against each other and thereby the base plate of the buffer mechanism is pressed against the Base plate of the buffer sleeve and an immovable fit of the buffer mechanism is achieved.
The anchor piece is provided with a handle 10 attached to it for the purpose of handling it.
For the purpose of immovable tightness in the bearing housing, the adjusting wedge J is fixed in the end position after it has been pushed through in that its end 5 'is bent open.
