Wähler mit andrückbaren Bürsten
Bei Fernsprechanlagen mit Wählerbetrieb für nur wenige Teilnehmerstellen wird vielfach keine örtliche Stromquelle vorgesehen. Soferne bei solchen Anlagen Wähler Verwendung finden, werden diese über dieAns : hlussleitung vom über- geordneten Amt aus mit geringer Energie betätigt und weisen deshalb eine entsprechend leichte
Bauweise auf. Da die Antriebsmagnete vielfach in Bezug auf Abmessungen und Energiebedarf den in Fernmeldeschaltungen üblichen Relais ent- sprechen, werden derartige Wähler auch als Relais- wähler bezeichnet.
Wegen der geringen Kraft- leistung sind sie entweder nur mit einem Kontakt- arm versehen, was vielfach einen erhöhten Auf- wand an anderen Schaltmitteln in der Klein- wähleranlage selbst oder im übergeordneten Amt zur Folge hat, oder es ist bei mehreren Kontakt- armen der Kontaktdruck der zur Verfügung stehenden Kraftleistung entsprechend gering, so dass insbesondere durch die in den Sprechadern liegenden Kontaktarme eine wesentliche Verschlechterung der Betriebs-und Sprechgüte entsteht.
Es sind Wähler bekannt, bei welchen zur Verringerung der erforderlichen Antriebskraft bei der Einstellung der Wähler nur die Prüfbürsten die Kontaktreihen berühren, während die anderen (z. B. Sprechleitungsbürsten) die Kontaktreihen ohne Berührung überstreichen.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Wähler der vorstehend geschilderten Art nach dem Steigwählerprinzip, bei welchem zur Geringhaltung des Aufwandes der für das Andrücken der ohne Kontaktberührung bewegten Bürsten erforderliche Andrückmagnet als Prüfrelais ausgebildet und geschaltet ist, so dass für beide Zwecke nur ein Schaltorgan erforderlich ist.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellt wobei die Fig. 1 den Aufriss und Fig. 2 den Grundriss zeigt. Mit 1 ist der schleifende Doppelkontaktarm (Bürste), mit 2 sind die andrückbaren Bürsten bezeichnet. Das nicht dargestellte Schrittschaltwerk des Wählers hat ausser dem Gewicht und der geringen Reibung des Einstellgliedes 8 nur den Reibungsdruck zwischen der schleifenden Doppelbürste (Prüfbürste) 1 und den Prüfkontakten 3 zu überwinden.
Die in der Ruhelage sowie während der Steigbewegung und des Zurückgleiten in die Ruhelage ausser Eingriff stehenden Kontaktarme (Bürsten) 2 werden durch einen Druckmagneten 13 an die Kontaktlamellen 10 angedrückt, wobei dieser Druckmagnet erfindungsgemäss gleichzeitig als Prüfrelais wirkt. Die Schaltung des
Prüfrelais ist bekannt und daher nicht dargestellt.
Da die andrückenden Kontaktarme während der
Wählerbewegung nicht über die Kontaktlamellen schleifen, können diese Kontaktarme und Lamellen mit Edelmetallkontakten versehen sein, was die Übertragungsgüte wesentlich verbessert.
Wenn die angesteuerte Leitung z. B. frei oder als anrufende gekennzeichnet ist, so spricht der
Druckmagnet 13 als Prüfrelais in bekannter Weise an, setzt in der ebenfalls bekannten Art den Wähler still und drückt die ausser Eingriff stehenden (z. B. Sprechleitungs-) Bürsten 2 durch eine mit dem Druckmagnetanker 13 über ein Gestänge 11 verbundene, um eine vertikale Achse 9 drehbare Druckplatte 5, die an einem Anschlagblech 6 des andrückbaren Bürstensatzes 12 angreift, an die Kontaktlamellen 10 an.
Der andrückbare Bürstensatz 12 ist zu diesem Zwecke durch eine Blattfeder 7 elastisch mit dem Einstellglied (Zahnstange) 8 verbunden und legt sich mit leichtem Druck an ein Stützblech 14 des Einstellgliedes 8 so an, dass die andrückbaren Bürsten während der Bewegung des Einstellgliedes die Kontaktlamellen nicht berühren können. Die dauernd im Eingriff stehende Doppelbürste (Prüfarm) 1 ist mit dem Einstellglied 8 des Wählers starr verbunden.
Erfindungsgemäss ist die Höhe der um eine vertikale Achse 9 drehbaren Druckplatte 5 der Höhe der Kontaktbank angepasst, so dass der andrückbare Bürstensatz in jeder Höhenschrittlage angedrückt werden kann.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE :
1. Wähler mit andrückbaren Bürsten für Fernmeldeanlagen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bürstenmagnet gleichzeitig als Prüfrelais wirkt und nach dem Stillsetzen des Wählers den Kontakt zwischen den andrückbaren Bürsten und den entsprechenden Lamellen herstellt.
2. Wähler für Fernmeldeanlagen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der andrückbare Bürstensatz mit dem beweglichen Einstellglied des Wählers federnd verbunden ist.
