Stöpselkopf für Patronensicherungen
Bei den üblichen Stöpselköpfen für PatronenSchmelzsicherungen wird in einer Porzellankappe eine metallische Gewindehülse durch Einkitten bzw. Eingipsen befestigt, wobei es häufig vorkommt, dass sich diese Verbindung zwischen Kappe und Gewindehülse löst. Ein weiterer Mangel besteht darin, dass zur Beobachtung der Patronenkapsel ein durchsichtiges Fenster in die Kappe eingesetzt werden muss, wodurch die Herstellung verteuert wird.
Gemäss der Erfindung ist die Gewindehülse von einer Kappe aus durchsichtigem Material, z. B. Glas, umgeben, wobei diese Kappe vorzugsweise auf die Hülse aufgeschmolzen wird. Der gesamte Stöpselkopf wird somit in einem einzigen Arbeitsgang ohne weitere Nacharbeit fertiggestellt und die Anordnung eines besonderen Fensters wird überflüssig. Die Herstellung wird somit erheblich vereinfacht und verbilligt. Beim Erkalten der Kappe haftet das Glas fest an der Gewindehülse, so dass ein Lösen dieser Verbindung ausgeschlossen ist.
In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand beispielsweise im Längsschnitt dargestellt.
Der Stöpselkopf weist die übliche Metallhülse auf, deren Mantel 1 als Gewinde ausgebildet ist und deren Stirnwand 2 eine mittlere Öffnung. 3 besitzt. Die Kappe 4 aus Glas oder sonstigem, durchsichtigen Material ist auf die Hülse 1, 2 aufgeschmolzen und besitzt gegenüber der Kapsel der üblichen Patrone 5 einen kleinen Hohlraum 6, der zur Aufnahme des Kennkörpers beim Abschmelzen der Sicherung dient. Der Kennkörper kann durch die durchsichtige Kappe hindurch beobachtet werden. Gegebenenfalls kann die Hülse 1, 2 an ihrer Aussenseite mit in das Material der Kappe 4 eingreifenden Vorsprüngen, wie Lappen od. dgl., versehen sein, wodurch eine weitere Sicherung gegen Lösen der Verbindung zwischen Kappe und Hülse gegeben ist.

1. Stöpselkopf für Patronensicherungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gewindehülse von einer Kappe aus durchsichtigem Material umgeben ist.

With the usual plug heads for cartridge fuses, a metallic threaded sleeve is fastened in a porcelain cap by cementing or plastering, and it often happens that this connection between the cap and the threaded sleeve becomes loose. Another deficiency is that a transparent window has to be inserted into the cap in order to observe the cartridge capsule, which makes manufacture more expensive.
According to the invention, the threaded sleeve is covered by a cap made of transparent material, e.g. B. glass, surrounded, this cap is preferably melted onto the sleeve. The entire plug head is thus completed in a single operation without further reworking and the arrangement of a special window is superfluous. The production is thus considerably simplified and cheaper. When the cap cools down, the glass adheres firmly to the threaded sleeve so that this connection cannot loosen.
